I’ve really enjoyed living at Luka so far. From the very beginning, Paul has been incredibly helpful and responsive, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Everyone on the team has been friendly and welcoming, which made settling in much easier. Recently, Alejandro helped with a maintenance request in my apartment. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s great to live in a place where the staff genuinely cares about residents and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.

I'm a Realtor & I toured LUKA on The Common today w/ our leasing professional, Paul, and it was a great tour! I do a lot of these tours for my clients & Paul was one of the best I've seen in a while: very professional, very friendly & extremely knowledgeable about his property. Just moved in! My first few weeks have been great! The leasing process with Jerson was smooth and he was so friendly and answered all my questions! The front desk staff is also friendly and approachable. The amenities are great and I’m enjoying the central location of the apartment!

I have lived at Luka for almost a month now, and everything has been great. Paul has been very helpful throughout the entire process. Alejandro recently performed some maintenance work in the apartment, and the service was excellent. He was also very kind and professional!
