We absolutely LOVE living at Gables Seaport! The location is unbeatable: so convenient and close to many excellent schools. The neighborhood is incredibly safe and walkable. We love that we can easily walk to Trader Joe’s, Bank of America, Dunkin’, Starbucks, CVS, and a wide variety of restaurants. It’s also perfectly located right next to a bus station and the T, making commuting so easy. The building itself is beautiful inside and out! It’s maintained well and any maintenance requests are always fulfilled immediately. We love our a rooftop pool and gym! The neighbors are kind, friendly, and respectful. We are extremely lucky and blessed to be able to call Gables Seaport our home! I also want to say we have THE BEST property manager: Deirdre! Thankful for her! The world would be a much better place with more people like her around!

Living at Gables for the past 5 years has been pretty great. We checked out most of the apartment buildings in Seaport before deciding on Gables. It provided the best combination of apartment layout and size, attractive design, location, highway access (best access to 90 and 93), and electric car charging. And last, but most important, was the team. EVERYONE on the team made living here wonderful and comfortable. It starts with management, and Deirdre always made you feel appreciated as a tenant. And that was also reflected by the rest of the team. The concierges, maintenance, cleaning and sales. This was a great place to live.

Gables Seaport has been so good to me. I have been living here since June and I have to say it has been my favorite. They have all the amenties you could think of from a fitness area, lounges, and a pool area for the summer with grills. I have nothing but good things to say. I would recommend Gables to all my family and friends.

Wow. I can’t say enough good things about living here. Living at Gables Seaport is truly an elevated experience. The amenities are top notch and well kept. The concierge are helpful and courteous. And the maintenance team are super responsive. One time, my AC compressor went out, and they replaced the whole AC unit in under an hour! The location is amazingly convenient – very walkable to all Seaport has to offer. And it’s right on the WTC silver line stop which makes getting to broader Boston and the airport a breeze. Huge thanks to the onsite management team for their outstanding service and care. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Gables Seaport. Highly recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of a tour with Steve Salazar at Gables Seaport. Steve demonstrated exceptional professionalism and an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Gables Seaport. He was both personable and highly attentive, taking pride in showcasing the full range of offerings. Steve went above and beyond to ensure our tour was an outstanding experience.
