Recently visited and had a great experience touring the Devonshire! The location is unbeatable—just steps from Faneuil Hall and right in the heart of Boston. The community is beautiful, with top-notch amenities and stunning apartments offering amazing views of the city and harbor. Megan was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tour seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I have been living at the Devonshire for over a year and it is my favorite building. I have lived in five different buildings in Boston and this is my favorite. The people are what make this building so wonderful. Joe at the front desk is remarkable and by far provides the best service I’ve ever experienced. He always goes above and beyond and just makes you happy to be there. Grace and Beyoncé are incredibly friendly, helpful and make you happy to live in the building. Marvin is the King of package delivery. I don’t even wait a second and my package magically appears when I go to get it. I have no idea how he manages so many packages each day, but I truly appreciate that he remembers who I am. Sheila at the leasing office is incredible and really helped me when I was making a decision on the apartment. The building itself is “warm”. I have lived in high-end buildings that have a “cold” feeling to them and this building is “warm” with a solid sense of community. There really is an effort to have events and connect people, but also to make sure that everyone is taken care of. If you are choosing between other high-end buildings in Boston, I would 100% choose the Devonshire over choices that may seem work “better”. I can honestly tell you they are not.

this is my first time living in an apartment complex and honestly, it’s been such a good experience. i feel super comfortable and right at home here. the staff is amazing—everyone’s so friendly and helpful. joe’s my favorite! he’s always joking around, making everyone feel welcome, and just has the best energy. he’s super helpful and always has a smile on his face. little things like that make a big difference and really make the place feel like home. very happy living here!

Marvin is the best! He seems remembers everyone’s unit number, which saves a lot of time when getting packages and also makes us feel special. Nice Job, Marvin!

Edgard was very welcoming assisting me with the door allowing me to get in without struggling with the heavy load I was carrying and the front desk receptionist Joe was exceptionally helpful made sure he assisted me and also went out his way to open the door alongside Edgard. It’s always a pleasure interacting with Marvin the mailroom attendant he is really nice. Really thankful for those three men that help assisted me when I arrived there thank you gentlemen
