We’ve been living here since 2024, and we still love it just as much as when we first moved in. A few things we really like about Alcott: -The amenities and community spaces are always clean and well taken care of. -The leasing office and front desk staff are super responsive and helpful whenever we have questions or requests. They also put together fun events like paint nights, Valentine’s brunch, and holiday parties. -We haven’t had any major issues with our unit so far. The layout works really well for us, and the view is amazing. -The location is great—close to Beacon Hill, the Charles River Esplanade, and the North End. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience, and we’d definitely recommend living here!

Loved living at Alcott Apartments for the past two years! By far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The front desk is always super friendly and helpful and the apartment quality is excellent - to the point that I rarely needed to call maintenance. And the few times I did have to, Randolfo provided the best service! The overall build quality here is quite impressive as it's hard to find in apartments usually. Another plus is that they're super dog friendly. The dog wash was so clutch - always stocked with shampoo and deodorant for dogs. Shoutout to the cleaning staff as they work hard every day to keep everything spotless and fresh. They also have amazing amenities here like the sky lounge and fun free community events such as making bouquets. Loved the small conveniences like having a cart we could borrow to help carry large packages to our room. Surprisingly, the moving out process went so smoothly! At other complexes, you usually run into unnecessary charges or security deposits not being returned. However with Alcott, we had the BEST experience moving out. They made the process extremely easy and we got our money back quickly. So sad that I had to move out, but I can't recommend Alcott Apartments enough. Totally worth the investment!

I would like to recognize Maeva from the leasing team for her outstanding customer service. She has always been incredibly kind, professional, and informative whenever I have had questions or needed assistance. She consistently goes above and beyond to help and makes sure that all concerns are addressed promptly. I had the pleasure of meeting her in person today, and she was just as warm and welcoming as she has always been over the phone and through email. Her positive attitude, patience, and willingness to help truly make a difference. Maeva is a wonderful asset to the leasing office, and I greatly appreciate all of her support. Thank you, Maeva, for providing such exceptional service!

My wife and I lived here for a little over a year and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Alcott, with great amenities, a perfect location, and excellent staff, it fit all of our needs. Speaking to amazing staff, Jimmy stood out amongst the rest, from our very first meeting with him while touring the building up until the moment we dropped off our keys he was always professional, kind, attentive, knowledgable, friendly and a true gentlemen. Jimmy, thank you for all that you did for us, it truly made our stay at Alcott feel like home.

Extremely disappointing experience. My application was denied because the leasing office claimed they were unable to verify my documents. The problem is that nobody could explain what exactly could not be verified, which documents were causing the issue, or what additional information was needed. I provided official income documentation, including IRS tax forms and supporting documents. When I asked why my application was denied, the answer I received was essentially, “We don’t know.” When I asked what additional documents I could provide to resolve the issue, I was again told that I could submit more information, but nobody could tell me what information was actually needed. As an applicant with documented annual income of approximately $350,000, it is difficult to understand how I could be denied for an apartment renting for around $4,000 per month without anyone being able to explain the reason. I fully understand that every community has screening requirements, and I respect that. What I do not understand is a process where an application is denied, yet the staff cannot identify the specific issue, explain what failed verification, or provide a path to resolve it. The denial itself is not what bothered me most. What was truly frustrating was the complete lack of transparency, communication, and accountability. If you are going to deny someone’s application, you should at least be able to explain why and tell them what documentation is required. Instead, I was left with a denial and no meaningful explanation whatsoever. Very disappointing experience and not the level of professionalism I expected.
