We enjoyed a wonderful two month stay at 212 Stuart. Overall experience exceeded our expectations. The location is amazing, neighborhood is clean and safe. The building met our needs, comfortable, clean and welcoming. Enjoyed spending time on the 19th floor lounge, views are amazing of the city. The concierge team (Jean and Cheikh) were remarkable. Always a friendly smile and ready to help. We look forward to staying here on our next visit to Boston.

My family and I are Bay Village residents who had the pleasure of living here for 4-5 months this past year. We lived in one of the two townhouses that have access to the street. We absolutely loved living there! Our unit was perfect for our family of 4. The amenities within the building are first class and our favorite part was the roof floor that we visited daily. I used it for a quiet space to do work (it even has a printer!), a spot to play board games with my sons, or as a communal space you can rent out to host gatherings. On New Years Eve there is a 7PM kids fireworks we were able to watch from the windows, it was magical. The staff in the building are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Even still, my sons want to go back and visit their "friends" at the front desk. The management is responsive and 212 has been a wonderful addition to our Bay Village neighborhood. Highly recommend for any residents who need a short term furnished rental. 212 would be an incredible place to call yourself home.

This place is awesome, the staff are super friendly and good at their jobs. It's always clean, the view from the 19th floor is great, and they even have a pet spa and gym. What more could you want?

Amazing! We had a wonderful stay at one of their apartments! Centrally located everything short distance away. It was always super clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Special shoutout to Jean, Cheikh and Betty. They quickly answered all our questions and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay. The other hotel was overbooked when I got there and they charged me a lot less than I would’ve been charged had I tried to stay there. Polite staff and nice environment. Highly recommend.
