Just moved out after living here for 9 years, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff is universally excellent, from leasing to concierge to maintenance. They're great people to deal with, who are clearly invested in making 1330 and Fenway in general feel like home. The building itself is also nice, with large floor plans, an extra foot of ceiling height, and a pool.

Love our building! Great concierge/front desk staff. Management is exceptionally responsive. The rooftop pool is my absolute favorite and the best place to spend summer in Boston. Only downside is the expensive garage owned by a third-party company.

Great location for students and dog-owners. Walking distance to Harvard Yard and next to a great park. Concierge are so nice and helpful. Packages are delivered safely. Plenty of amenities including a gym, living room, study area, and game room. My 1-bedroom is clean, new, and spacious. Highly recommend!

We've been living here over two years. The property is well managed by the leasing team (Shiela and Lorraine), the concierge team (John, Jeff and the weekend and night staff), as well as the maintenance and housekeeping teams. We love the location. There are plenty of nearby stores, including Asian and Japanese grocery options within a mile. During the summer, I enjoy watching and listening to the summer concerts at Fenway Park from the rooftop garden. I recently attended an end-of-summer party on the rooftop, which was fantastic. There was a cocktail bar, delicious food from local restaurants, a live DJ playing a great mix of music and wonderful company - including familiar neighbours and new faces.

I have lived here for more than 3 years. It is a quiet, clean, and pleasant place to live in. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and cafes such as Cava, Pavement, Yard House, … there is also a nice track and field area to do exercise. The only drawback is parking. Finding a spot is difficult if you want to park on a street, specially when there is a Fenway event.
