It has been an absolute blessing living at Union square! Whenever I read bad reviews of other apartments, I just think “thank God none of that is the case at Union square”. The location is great in the heart of Fountain square and right next to the police station, I have never worried about safety. The apartment is modern and well kept. The lounge room is a great spot to host guests and hang out. They host events about once every month which I have been able to meet other residents from. Maintenance is always quick to respond and arrive for any fixes. I believe the pricing for my unit is reasonable. Eve and Marshall are very friendly and helpful. Only positive things to say! I highly recommend considering living here!

Union Square has been such a great place to call home. Not only does it have a great location but also a fun community, which has been such a sweet surprise. The property manager, Sky, has helped foster relationships amongst the residents by hosting monthly events that I truly look forward to attending. He, along the other staff, are quick to answer questions or address any issues that might come up. I truly have no complaints! I really love living here

We love living at Union Square. Sky,property manager , and Nick, maintenance, are amazing. Friendly and helpful! Location,Location,Location! You can not beat the location. Convenient and walkable to all you need. Sky has been very helpful making suggestions for us as we just moved to Indy. Nick has been very responsive and helpful. I knew nothing about Indy, Fountain Square or Union Square but I am so thankful I found these apartments online. Sky did a video tour with me and now we call Union Square home.

I love living here so much! This is the nicest apartment I’ve rented and I’m happy to call this place my home. My application process was done out of state, but it all worked out okay! The location of this place is amazing and I enjoy the amenities! There are also resident events which I plan to keep attending as the people I’ve interacted with are always friendly. If you’re thinking of moving to Fountain Square, Union Square apartments is the best place to be!

I’ve had an overall positive experience at Union Square apartments. Like many others who commented, I looked extensively at different places and while there were some nice ones, the combination of high quality, solid price point, location, and that “feeling” that one has was not present. However, Union Square fulfilled all of these things. Initially, I was hesitant about moving into a new building for a variety of reasons, but Union Square has been good. And like others, I echo the positive feedback and comments about Sky: he has been very helpful without being overbearing and always willing to support, answer questions, reach out to check on tenants, etc.
