I’ve had an amazing experience with Bayyinnah as my leasing agent at Cosmo. From my very first tour of the complex, her welcoming and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression. As she guided me through the property, I immediately felt that this was a place I could call home, and she played a big role in creating that feeling. Bayyinnah is always outgoing, supportive, and dedicated to providing excellent service to residents. She goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels welcomed and taken care of, and she is always willing to help whenever needed. I’m extremely grateful for everything she does—along with the rest of the Cosmo staff—to make this community feel like home!!

I toured this property recently and it was absolutely stunning! The location is perfect too. Perfectly placed in the center of everything happening in Indy. Easy walking to all the spots. The layout and amenities are top notch. What really sold me was the staff. The Property Manager Natalie Pennycuff is an absolute delight. Funny, professional, knowledgeable, so helpful with my many questions and big animal lover . This was huge to me because I want to know my fur babies are welcomed and treated like royalty. If you are relocating to Indy and wanna be in the best spot in the heart of the city .. highly recommend the cosmo! Ps the pool is open now and heated Yay!!

The community is beautifully maintained, and the location along the canal makes it feel both peaceful and convenient at the same time. It’s close to everything, yet still has a relaxing atmosphere that really feels like home. The staff and management team are exceptional—always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and take pride in keeping the community running smoothly. The amenities are top-notch, from the modern fitness center to the inviting common areas, and everything is always clean and well-kept. I also appreciate how safe and welcoming the environment feels. Overall, this is an amazing place to live, and I would highly recommend Cosmopolitan on the Canal to anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale apartment community. Five stars!

I’ve had such a wonderful experience working with Bayyinnah as my leasing agent at the Cosmopolitan on Canal. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What really stands out about Bayyinnah is how approachable and supportive she is. She goes above and beyond to help, and you can tell she truly cares about the residents. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such a warm personality. It has been 2 years since I relocated to Indianapolis. I considered a number of places to live but I when I came across the Cosmopolitan I knew I had found a home away from home. Awesome building campus with great amenities; including a salt water swimming pool with an awesome view and quick access to the Canal ..... nice!! Bayyinahh in particular is very knowledgeable, personable, and an absolute charm to work with. That's a must for an onsite Manager. Overall, a top-notch place to live and make home.
