Great place to live! The apartments are modern, clean, and have a really nice layout that feels comfortable right away. The downtown location is a huge plus everything you need is close by, which makes my daily life super convenient. The amenities are well maintained, and the staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Maintenance is also pretty quick and reliable. Shoutout to Devante, one of the leasing consultants he’s been especially helpful and easy to work with. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend living here.

I stopped by CityWay just to ask a few questions while exploring options, and Devante really stood out. From the moment I walked in, his energy was different from what I’ve experienced at other complexes. He was welcoming, genuine, and actually took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of just giving a standard pitch. Even though I was just passing through, he treated the conversation like it mattered. He answered everything clearly, was patient, and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely wants to help people find the right place, not just fill a unit. If you’re considering CityWay, definitely ask for Devante. He sets a high standard for what a leasing experience should feel like.

I just moved into my second space with CityWay Apartments and wanted to thank the staff for how smoothly everything went. I especially wanted to thank jada brown, she's actually the GOAT when it comes to this stuff, shes super receptive, informative and helpful, I felt super confident in any decisions I was making. She actually helped me out with both spaces that I moved into with them and she's the best. The whole process was super easy and smooth, no complaints! I also wanna give a huge shout out to Will, he helped me out with a couple of service requests that I had in both my old apartment and new apartment. He's awesome, super quick and his willingness to help me out with any service issues that I came by was really helpful.

I’ve recently been dealing with ongoing noise issues at this apartment complex, particularly on weeknights. What’s especially frustrating is that one of the neighbors appears to have a connection to the property management team and has been seen wearing the complex’s uniform. His name is Simon. It feels like this relationship is being taken advantage of, as the usual expectations around noise and community standards don’t seem to be enforced in this situation. His family was talking to us in Spanish and calling us names knowing we cannot understand them on purpose and acting in a very unprofessional manner and making the situation worse. This is not how employees should act or de-escalate situations about employee concerns. When we attempted to address the situation calmly and respectfully, asking for basic consideration regarding the late-night noise, the situation escalated unnecessarily. We were accused of being racist simply for requesting quiet and respect, which was both hurtful and completely unfounded. In addition, we were recorded during this interaction without our consent, which felt like a violation of privacy and made the situation even more uncomfortable. He should take accountability instead of coming at us because he works here and is a face for CityWay. I understand that apartment living comes with some level of noise, but consistent late-night disturbances during the week, along with these types of interactions, are disruptive and concerning. I hope management makes a note of this and addresses the behavior appropriately to the worker and ensures that policies are applied fairly and consistently to all residents.
