Can’t express this enough, Ivette is the best person I’ve dealt with in any customer experience field. She answered all my questions before & after the process of getting a lease for an apartment I was interested in. Wish more people treated each other like this because even when I knew I was being a bother she still acted like it was no big deal and responded in a timely manner and was never frustrated with all of the questions. Great property manager and I hope the people that own this building understand the value in that!

I toured recently and honestly the amenity spaces here are really solid. The rooftop views of downtown are tough to beat, and during my tour it was pointed out that there were some new additions coming to the community, which made me really excited. The new art pieces that were just added in the lounge were also pointed out and I absolutely love them, they give the space a lot more personality. It seems they are all about promoting local artists in the area which I think was a great touch and a very smart move. The pool area is a whole vibe in the summer too. I have always been a fan of shotgun style apartments and homes, so it is cool seeing those layouts here. I have lived downtown for quite a while and I would honestly feel safe living here because after all it is downtown living. On top of that, the office team was super friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff, not just about the community but also fun things to do nearby. Thank you Sky and Ivette for actually trying to get to know me and not just sell to me. Definitely left me with a good impression.

Living at Elaan Apartments has been an absolute delight! Richard, the property manager, is incredibly communicative and professional, making the moving process seamless. Any concerns or questions I've had were promptly addressed by him. Additionally, the maintenance team is impressively responsive, ensuring that any issues are resolved efficiently. Although I thoroughly enjoyed my 15-month stay here, the only minor downside is the occasional state of the elevator—it tends to be dirty and sometimes has a faint smell of dog pee. However, this is a small inconvenience compared to the overall wonderful experience at Elaan Apartments. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living space! Update: it took 4 months and several emails to get my deposit back…

I don’t know what it’s gonna take, but the rooftop at this “luxury” apartment is honestly a mess, especially for what we’re paying in rent. The dog park is straight-up nasty—there’s scattered dog poop stuck and imbedded all over the turf. Last month it was even worse, with big piles of poop everywhere because some owners couldn’t be bothered to clean up after their dogs. They seriously need to start handing out fines to people who can't pick up after their dogs. And to make it worse, they shut off the hose, so there’s no way to rinse off pee or clean your shoes before you head back inside. If you tested the floors, hallways, or even your own apartment, I bet you’d find traces of poop and who knows what else. I’m honestly thinking about reporting this to the health department because thats gonna be a huge biohazard with warmer weather coming.

We rented a room here through Vrbo. Never again. The pictures make this look luxury and it is far from that. The lobby smelt like stale cigarette smoke and the whole 4th floor smelt like weed. The bedroom did not sleep 4 people as advertised. It’s in the worst part of town with crack heads that we’re fighting outside the homeless shelter that is right across the street from the front door. The pool was gross and had trash floating in it. Walls were far from sound proof.
