My husband and I spent the better part of 2025 at Pulliam Square, Downtown, Indianapolis. We loved every bit of it!!! It was easily accessible on foot and exceptionally serene. The best part of the apartment was Ashley! She was kind and extremely helpful from the very beginning. Her monthly events and decor were splendid and made it a place we could call home, however short the stay was. Ashley, thank you for making our stay comfortable! You are exceptional! 😊

I lived here for a year and everything was great. The apartments manager, Ashley, was always very helpful and responsive. The units are spacious and well maintained. The location of the complex is perfect, maybe the best location you can find on Mass Ave. The only thing you need be careful about is your electricity bill which can be high during the winter simply because of the size of the units. My unit was on the corner, and I think that also contributed to high electricity bills. But, you are living a nice spacious place and of course there is cost associated with that. Overall, my experience was very pleasant here.

I have truly loved my stay at Pulliam Square till now. The staff is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about you. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment design is very modern. Also, the location is unbeatable - right in the heart of everything, yet remarkably quiet inside my apartment. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and comfort!

Ashley and Ivan are tremendously helpful with the moving process, maintenance orders and other various needs we had throughout our lease! They responded to emails/phones calls very fast and maintenance orders were taken care of either the same day, or as soon as they could take care of it! This is the best place for downtown living based on price, quality of living, location, and apartment aesthetics. I absolutely love Pulliam and recommend this complex to anyone in the market! This is truly an exceptional place to live! My boyfriend and I lived here for one year and moved solely because of work travel. We both felt sad to leave because this a great place with even better people! Thank you, Pulliam!

Pulliam Square Apartments is truly a hidden gem in downtown Indiana! From the moment I toured the property, Ilaina made the experience seamless—she’s absolutely phenomenal. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome. The apartments themselves are incredibly spacious, with modern finishes that make them feel luxurious yet comfortable. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from shopping, dining, and entertainment, making it easy to enjoy everything downtown has to offer. The amenities here are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the café/business lounge provides a great change of scenery for those working from home. Plus, the pool table adds a fun touch for hanging out with friends. The building is beautifully modern, and for a downtown apartment, the price is more than reasonable for everything you get. If you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and a fantastic community, Pulliam Square is the perfect place to call home!
