I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly and professional. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, while still being quiet and comfortable. I especially appreciate the amenities and how well the property is kept overall. It’s been a great place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and reliable apartment community.

1. After turning on the faucets yesterday, the whole unit smells like sewage. 2. There is a high pitched sound coming from the maintenance room right behind my unit. It is constant and intolerable. 3. Neither of my parking spots have an EV charger. I have an all-electric vehicle. I was promised at least one spot with an outlet. I requested a change in parking spot. I have not received a response. It’s been 5 days. 4. I am unable to control my WiFi password which prevents me from connecting my work laptop to WiFi. I work in a regulated industry and the security protocols are strict. 6. I was promised that I could replace the dishwasher. It’s been 5 days. It still has not been removed. I need the dishwasher removed so I can have a new one installed completely at my expense. I’m more than happy to pay. I just need the old dishwasher removed.

The management team is always helpful and responsive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. The building is kept extremely clean, and maintenance is quick anytime something comes up. The location couldn’t be better, super walkable and close to downtown, Fountain Square, just a block from Mass Ave, and two blocks from Monument Circle. It makes running errands easy and meeting new people effortless. Parking is also very accessible. There are plenty of apartment options in the area, but this truly is the best community and location in town. Thank you to Morgan, Jess, and the entire team for creating such a great living experience!

It’s been about a week since we moved in, and so far everything has been great. Jess has been incredibly responsive to our calls, texts, and emails—both before and after the move. We had a maintenance request on move-in day, and it was handled right away. The amenities also seem to be regularly and well-maintained. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience so far.

I‘ve had a great experience at the industry. Especially having moved over from Europe and being new to the city, I felt very welcomed by the community and the industry staff. Jess and Lucy are very service oriented and attentive. They’ve always handled concerns/issues in a professional way. The location is great (close to Mass Ave, monument circle, groceries, pharmacy, the canal, etc.) and you can walk your dog across the street). You should make use of the amenities (gym, office area, terrace with pool and bbq area, community events) when living here.
