Maria Lyapkova 5 months agoI lived at 360 for three years, paying a premium for a poorly functioning building and a terrible attitude from the management and staff. Every incident described below was witnessed and can be confirmed by other 360 residents. Unsafe building: Homeless people were found in the building on multiple occasions, including cases of individuals breaking into apartments. Bike Theft: My bike was stolen from the bike storage room, and the office refused to investigate. Elevator & Amenities: The freight elevator was out of service for MONTHS! The front door was broken for more than half a year, the garage door was broken multiple times, and the amenity TVs rarely worked. The main entrance call box also often didn’t work. Hygiene and Odors: Trash chutes were constantly out of service, causing trash bags to sit outside and spread a terrible odor. A marijuana smell was persistent in my bathroom for months, coming in from different apartments. Poor move-in condition: My apartment (some other tenants reported the same!) was not cleaned properly when I moved in; I found food leftovers and greasy stains all over my cabinets. Staff unprofessionalism: The concierge LaDonna, known as “a grumpy lady,” was often rude. One day, when I was asking for a cart, she lost it and screamed at me using discriminatory words for no reason. After my report, management excused it because she “had a bad day.” She never apologized and continued to give me a terrible attitude for the rest of my lease. Management dishonesty: I witnessed the Assistant Manager Taylor telling prospective tenants about a "wonderful water fountain" at the dog park that never worked for the entire three years I lived at 360. When I called her out, she said she "didn't know," which is either intentionally misleading or proof that management is remarkably out of touch with the building’s actual condition. General Atmosphere: The staff is incredibly unfriendly and would rarely even say “hello” to the residents. Fake Cameras: The dog park cameras were discovered to be fakes when I requested info after an incident. They “magically” disappeared one day without explanation after I asked about them. Dangerous dog park: An intoxicated non-resident entered the park with his puppy, harassed me, and kicked my dog multiple times. Emergency Incident: There are no specific rules, so anyone can bring hazards. Another non-resident threw a small 1.5-inch choking ball in the park at night that I couldn't see before letting my dog off leash. My dog swallowed it, which led to a major abdominal surgery. Aggressive Dogs: Aggressive dogs were brought to the park often, causing danger and stress to residents. Management took nothing into consideration after these events were reported, allowing incidents and conflicts to continue happening. Filthy dog park: The park was often dirty, full of dog poop, cigarette butts, and dangerous trash like rust falling off the trash cans and metal pins coming off the fake grass. Due to the lack of cleaning, there was an incident where many dogs (including mine) got very sick with diarrhea at the same time. The only positive memory I have is about our concierges Talisha and Dan who were always incredibly professional, kind, and engaged in the community. They would go above and beyond to help with anything and make sure we were well and safe. Thank you both! Do not let a polished tour or a scripted reply from management under this review trick you. I saw the truth for 36 months, and my friends who still live there confirm that the building is only continuing to decline. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the safety risks. Live somewhere that cares about its residents.
Charles Ko 2 weeks agoI initially left a 2-star review because multiple maintenance requests went unanswered for over a week, including issues at move-in with my refrigerator, sink, sewage water backing up, garbage disposal, ice maker, and other move-in concerns without proper inspection prior to moving in. After posting the review online, management contacted me directly and maintenance addressed the outstanding issues same-day. I appreciate the speedy follow-up and have updated my rating to reflect the speedy resolution. I hope going forward, 360 Market Square continues to provide the “Luxury” living experience it promotes publicly.
Roger Wilson a month agoThe empty apartment you showed us was dirty. The hallway by the dog play ground smelled horrible. You could smell dog all the way down the hall. The hallways were not well lit. They were dark and dingy . There were homeless people hanging around the building trying to get in. As there is no one at the desk on the weekends seems to be a security issue. Just was no wow factor for the amount of money being paid. Can't rely on being close to Whole Foods To make up for not putting money into The apartments and building,
James Kennedy 2 months agoEnjoyed the tour and the floor plans and amenities are incredibly nice. Not sure you can find units like these anywhere else. Was NOT a fan of visible wear and tear and not so clean common areas including lobby. Just doesn’t scream luxury when light fixtures are broken and vacant immediate move-in units had visible bacteria buildup in the bathrooms (genuinely thought someone had just moved out)…not a good look or standard.
ak 2 years agoNew resident to Indianapolis but this apartment is stunning. Kailey was the best to work with. Let me tour multiple times to make my decision and I honesty couldn’t be more satisfied. My unit was clean upon move in. I can’t vouch for Everyone but my experience was wonderful. the view is the best part 😆
