I’ve been living at The Upton for a couple of months and absolutely love it! The amenities, especially the gym and pool, are fantastic, and my apartment has a beautiful city view. I also really appreciate having a covered parking garage. This community is truly a hidden gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

I’ve been living at Upton for a couple months now, and I have to say, the community here is amazing. Jazz, the Lifestyle Director, has been such a fantastic addition over the past couple of months—her energy, thoughtfulness, and dedication really stand out. The events she organizes are creative, well-planned, and tailored to the residents, which makes living here feel even more special. On top of that, everyone in the building is genuinely friendly, which really creates a welcoming and warm environment. Upton isn’t just an apartment complex—it truly feels like a community.

I just wanted to shine some light on the wonderful ladies working in the from office of the Beautiful Upton. Miss Kelly and Joia both Upton Leasing agents. The way Joia helped me with all my questions and the patience she had with me (it was a lot of questions) and did it with so much enthusiasm. Kelly assisted me with figuring out what apartment would be best for me. I was looking for a unit with a view of the city skyline. I get off from work so late that i wouldn’t have made the last appointment to view the unit she offered to go take video of it for me. I have had that done for me before, but I felt like I was being a burden not with Kelly! Thank you ladies for being such good agents your energy was contagious!!

I love this apartment but mostly because of JAZ. I have to give it to her. Shes the best lifestyle director I have ever in my life interacted with. The community she helped to cultivate in real time from the community events is amazing. Shes really a star. Every event has been intentional and full of love and genuine connection. You can plan an event all you want logistically but you can’t plan joy. You can’t plan a soft and kind spirit. That something you embody. That’s what Jaz embodies. I hope she’s our director forever. She’s what’s keeping me here. Seriously.

My parking experience at The Upton has been extremely frustrating and costly. There are only about 10 guest street parking spots total, which is nowhere near enough for residents who have visitors. Because of this, guests are often forced to park next door in an industrial lot that is not actively patrolled by The Upton’s security. As a result, my car was broken into and vandalized while parked in that lot. This could have been avoided if adequate guest parking or proper security accommodations were provided. To make matters worse, months prior, my side mirror was side-swiped due to the cramped and limited guest parking situation on the property itself. Parking and security are major quality-of-life issues, and The Upton seriously needs to address the lack of guest parking and the risks it creates for residents and their visitors.
