I had a great experience visiting this property. I came in as a walk-in without an appointment, and although they didn’t have any immediate availability for tours, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They took the time to discuss the community with me, answer my questions, and offered alternative appointment options that worked with my schedule. Their professionalism and customer service made a great impression on me, and I felt valued from the moment I walked in. Because of the positive experience and helpful staff, I ended up submitting an application. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a new place to call home!

Sam at the Vivian gave a genuinely great tour. She was warm, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable—especially with her letting me know this was her first week! Nothing felt rushed or scripted, and she answered every question with confidence. I left feeling excited about the property and really comfortable with everything I saw. Honestly, she made the whole experience! Simply amazing and so was the property!

Lived here for 2 years wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The new leasing manager Matt is a nightmare, you’re better of talking to someone else in the office. -YOUR CAR WILL DEFINITELY BE BROKEN INTO , security is non existent. -Only 2 guest allowed at the pool -Rent is due on the first , late fee on the 2nd . No grace period -Walls are thin -Uses latch to access doors -You can hear everything outside of the building -WiFi is included and it’s actually terrible , it will go out everytime it rains -Alarms randomly go off -Not luxury at all, just white walls and a refrigerator where you gotta scoop the ice out. Please reconsider if you considered ❣️

I’ve been here for a month and I love this place! LeJoi and Andre made the move in nice and smooth, my man Tracy on the maintenance team is quick to respond to our requests and always has a big smile on his face around the property. The property manager, Matt has been amazing and on top of business! It really feels like family here and the property itself it’s beautiful. Spacious floor plans and right off the beltline. Couldn’t have picked a better place to live!

So far so good ! This will be my 2nd week living here and I love the community. It’s very quiet. Jillian, my agent was great, along with Tony who also helped me with my moving process and was accessible anytime I had questions with my application. Everything is so clean and new , I even seen a housekeeper cleaning up the hallways ! It’s been a great experience so far.
