The Argos Apartments on The Beltline

I cannot say enough good things about living here. I’ve been living at Argos for nearly 2 years and have had the best experience. The leasing staff and management are incredible. From the beginning, they have been helpful, communicative, and thoughtful. The move-in process was transparent and smooth, they helped me pick and apartment that best fit my needs and preferences. Since then, they’ve been very responsive and friendly in general. I feel like they know us and care about us genuinely. The amenities are amazing, kept clean and organized and are modern and high quality. The gym is also a bigger size than most apartment building I’ve lived in. The pool is tucked away from the beltline but still gets good sun. There’s also always plenty of parking. And the maintenance team is on top of it all and they do a great job! The location is obviously amazing — easy beltline access but still pretty quiet on my side of the building. When I was looking for apartments, I wanted to be on the beltline and it felt like I’d have to sacrifice something to live at other buildings but I have not had to settle here. There are also a lot of free community events that cater to a variety of preferences and are always well organized. All that to say, it will be hard for me to ever leave!!

I am IN LOVE with the apartments ever since I looked it up online, I knew I was gonna like it but nothing compares to seeing it in person. I attribute everything from my wonderful experience to Shavoka, from first meeting her I felt her kind and warm energy. She was very efficient in showing us what was available and knew every detail about the apartments. Even walking around she knew all of the residents and their pups by name which tells me that she spends a lot of time getting to know everyone that lives here and that she is very attentive and on top of all of the events that goes on here. The apartments itself were beautiful and very spacious, very huge kitchens with an island and the amenities and proximity to the belt line are impossible to beat. There is also floor access to parking garage which I feel like is a rare commodity to have. I saw many apartments that were nice but none compared to the Argos. Also Shavoka is one of a kind and she contributes to the livelihood of this building. I am so excited to move in here :)

The argos apartments are superb. Shavoka makes the process enjoyable because she is gifted and brilliant. The apartments are stunning and spacious. Well appointed and I absolutely feel at home and enjoy the quiet and the immaculate surroundings. Upscale and luxurious. You will love it here. The surrounding property is picturesque.

The Argos is a great place to live with a strong pet friendly community that are kind and look out for each other as neighbors. The staff, including maintenance and cleaning teams take great care of the residents and respond quickly to any inquiries. The amenities are great and it's truly been a pleasure living here (especially since the beltline is open!)

My experience with The Argos has been great I must say. The office staff Wynter and Shavoka did an amazing job with my application process and move in. I honestly have no complaints. And I loveeeee my new space. && I look forward to remaining a resident at this amazing property. Thanks again..yall are the best!
