We had such an amazing experience touring The Pennant apartment with Rio! From the moment my boyfriend and I arrived, Rio made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and personable throughout the entire tour. Rio took the time to answer every question we had in detail and made sure we fully understood everything about the apartment community, amenities, pricing, and leasing process. What really stood out was how attentive and honest he was he never made us feel rushed and truly cared about helping us find the right fit for our needs. The property itself was beautiful, clean, modern, and very well maintained, but Rio’s customer service honestly made the experience even better. He had such positive energy and made the tour feel exciting and stress free. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely enjoys helping people. My boyfriend and I left feeling very impressed and appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and hospitality Rio showed us. If you are considering touring or leasing at The Pennant, definitely ask for Rio you will be in great hands! Highly recommend.

Fairly new to the community, but throughout my journey here with getting started and setup , Socorro has been EXTREMELY helpful, I really appreciate her patience with all my questions!! Such a great responsive team , Lexy the property manager is also really helpful and ensured I had all the correct data viewing the property.

Socorro was such a pleasure to work with. I did a walk in not really sure what to expect and she was great. Very informative, professional and let me know all of my options. Thanks Socorro for your stellar customer service appreciate it! Rio was also very pleasant and welcoming! Awesome staff.

Joe was a wealth of knowledge during my tour. All my questions were answered and by the end, he had me signing an application. The entire team at The Penman were professional and friendly. The Leasing Manager even came out of his office to congratulate me and offer his assistance when he found out I was signing. Looking forward!

I had a wonderful tour experience at The Penman with Rio. The building itself was very nice, clean, and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. Rio was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly pleasant throughout the entire tour—he answered all of my questions and made the experience feel welcoming and informative. Although I ultimately decided to go with another apartment, The Penman was definitely a close runner-up. I would absolutely recommend checking it out, especially if you have the chance to tour with Rio!
