I toured here - I loved it. My tour guide was awesome. She was bright and friendly the entire time. She told me everything I needed to know top to bottom. The apartment community was clean and spread out with lots of amenities. The leasing process is clean cut and transparent. The apartment itself was clean, very cute finishes with large spaces. There’s lots of options on floor plans, elevators with inside hallways and 2 pools.

I submitted my application as a guarantor and completed it immediately upon receiving the application link. I uploaded all requested documentation, including my bank statements and pay stubs, as instructed to Snappt. Per the email instructions, I was also advised to reply with my driver's license and Social Security card attached. I responded the same day, attached my driver's license, and explained that I was uncomfortable sending my Social Security card through email due to concerns regarding identity theft and security. I requested an alternative secure method to provide this information. I did not receive a response to my request. Instead, several days later I received notice that my application had been cancelled. When I called to inquire, Cordell advised me that the application had been cancelled due to incomplete information and lack of communication. I was then informed that I would need to wait 30 days before reapplying. This was especially frustrating because I had communicated promptly and proactively by email, specifically asking whether there was a secure platform available to upload my Social Security card. Given the ongoing concerns surrounding identity fraud, I believe many individuals would hesitate to send such sensitive information through standard email. My primary concern is that my communication and security concerns appeared to be disregarded, and I did not feel assisted throughout the process. I hope this feedback helps bring attention to the current process and improves communication and accommodation for future applicants.

this is the worst community ever. Twynate does not know how to be a property manager—they need someone else. her responses to the complaints on google are fake to make it seems like they really address issues. any issue brought to her as a tenant is treated with the least respect and her attitude and snarky comments make it worse. from apartment issues, obvious delayed maintenance issues, noise complaints, and no parking spaces due to guests parking in the gate and violations not being addressed. if you value comfort, luxury, and feeling like you chose the best place from home, i highly recommend you do not live here. as a current tenant i truly regret living here. if you don’t care about where you live, this is the place but anyone high class or individuals who work hard for their money, you can definitely find top tier housing SOMEWHERE ELSE - do not move here. you are truly warned. the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree when it comes to terrible service from her, to the assistant, and sometimes the additional office/mtc team. again, be cautious! - JC

After being here a month. I must say I am very pleased. Everyone in the leasing office has gone above and beyond to make sure my transition has been smooth and downright pleasant! Thank you, Lakeisha, Tiffany, Tyler and Cornell for greeting and answering every question with a smile….. Another shoutout goes to Christopher in maintenance for servicing with the same energy and assuring that even the seemingly small requests are welcomed and necessary to ensure that standards are met….. Tyler was AMAZING! She is very thorough and very detailed when it came to explaining the property and communication. She explained to me things to do in the neighborhood, places to eat, and explained the property so well. her communication was everything. she made sure I stayed in the loop with any specials, and kept me updated on any units. she also took it upon herself to help me apply for a unit where she would recommend for a woman who lives alone to choose. very kind sweet and genuine person! Tyler is the BEST! The entire staff is filled with great vibes and it played a big role in me choosing to apply to this Apartment complex.
