I wanted to share kudos and feedback regarding Davia, the leasing consultant at The Lofts at Centennial Yards. After a few weeks of trying to get in touch with the property and receiving no response, I made a “Hail Mary” call and, to my surprise, she answered immediately, completely turning the experience around. She was warm, professional, and transparent about recent staff changes, and quickly got us scheduled for a tour. Upon arrival, she showed us around, shared great details about the building, and answered all of our questions, making the entire process feel easy and seamless. That ultimately led us to apply for a unit; she truly made the difference. We love what’s happening in this area of downtown Atlanta and look forward to the possibility of making this our home.

I’m disappointed with the new trash policy. Previously, we could put trash out by 7 p.m. and bring it in by 8 a.m., which worked well for people with varied schedules. Now, requiring trash out only between 5 and 7 p.m. doesn’t accommodate many tenants. I received a ‘final warning’ without any prior communication. Beyond that, communication with the leasing office is a problem. The office is often closed during leasing hours when I try to visit, and I can’t reach anyone by phone. It’s frustrating to live here and have no reliable way to communicate when issues arise. I expect better service for what we pay. Additionally, some security staff have been unwelcoming. They stand in the lot, not moving, staring at residents, which feels more unsettling than helpful. They need to actually monitor the premises—like the parking lot and areas near the gym—instead of just lingering or chatting. I do want to acknowledge one tall security guard who always wears a hat—he’s genuinely kind and makes me feel safe. Unfortunately, that’s an exception. Overall, the leasing office and other security interactions feel unwelcoming and unresponsive. Given recent crime concerns, we need consistent professionalism—not just from one person—so all tenants feel protected. Overall, when I first moved in with the old leasing management, I felt safe and cared for not like I was nagging, There would even be some mornings where I would just stop by and communicate with the leasing team…. That is no longer welcome here

WOW!! Amazing customer service from our new property manager Daisy. Very helpful and is very understanding on everything. I’m very proud to have her as our new property manager. She seems like she will definitely make a change here and I’m looking forward to seeing how things will turn out.

Lofts is a hidden gem in downtown Atlanta! The floorplans a huge and have a ton of natural light. I love the location. It's walking distance from Mercedes Benz Stadium but far enough away from some of the crazy traffic and construction. I love being able to walk down to Wild Leap Brewery after a stressful day. Thank you to Davia for a wonderful experience and working with me!

I called to request a last minute in-person tour and was pleasantly greeted by Davia. She told me that I could come in immediately! She was so incredibly kind, honest, and knowledgeable. If the parking was covered, this would have been my new home. Because of Davia, I will be referring any family or friend looking to move in the future. She deserves an increase in pay :)
