I had an amazing experience touring this apartment community! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Kianna took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the team did a great job highlighting all of the amenities and features the community has to offer. Kiannas customer service truly stood out and made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I left feeling excited and confident about the possibility of making this my new home. Highly recommend touring here if you’re apartment hunting!

From the moment I walked in, I had an amazing experience at the grace residences. Everything was seamless and welcoming from start to finish. Elissia was incredibly knowledgeable and gave such a thorough and engaging tour. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kristi, and the entire office staff was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they truly care about creating a great experience. I highly recommend touring here! The property is beautiful!

I have been a resident here for almost 2 years. I normally do not leave reviews, but after nearly two months of dealing with a serious security issue at The Grace Residences, I feel obligated to warn others before signing a lease here. Another resident was somehow able to gain access to my apartment unit using their own key/fob access. Let that sink in — someone was able to walk directly into my apartment while I was inside. This was not forced entry. This was a failure within the property’s security/access system. While mistakes can happen anywhere, the real issue has been management’s handling of the situation afterward. Since reporting the incident, communication from management has been extremely poor. I have repeatedly asked for updates, explanations, and resolution regarding: * How this happened * What is being done to prevent it from happening again * What steps are being taken to ensure resident safety Nearly two months later, I still do not have confidence that this issue has been properly resolved. For a property that markets itself as luxury living, the lack of urgency, transparency, and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. Safety and security should be the bare minimum expectation for residents paying premium rent prices. If you are considering moving here, I strongly encourage you to think carefully about whether management will truly advocate for you if a serious issue arises. Nice amenities and appearances mean very little if residents cannot feel secure in their own home or trust management to handle major concerns appropriately. I genuinely hoped this situation would be resolved privately and professionally, but the continued lack of communication and accountability has left me with no confidence in management moving forward.

I toured the Grace Residences today and was honestly blown away. I’ve visited several apartments this past week, but none of them gave me the feeling I got the moment I walked in here. I was welcomed with a friendly smile, offered refreshments, and Kayla was incredibly knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area. During the tour, I could easily picture my daily life there from walking to the gym, enjoying the common areas, and using the coworking space. I might even get a pooch to raise here lol Everything was clean, quiet, and well cared for. The residents I passed were friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression and really stood out to me. Both apartments I viewed were spacious, beautifully designed, and had a calm, peaceful aesthetic. I truly look forward to becoming a resident. The Grace Residences feels like the perfect place to start a new chapter and elevate my lifestyle. Thank you, Kayla, for such an incredible tour. I can’t wait to make this my new home.
