I had a wonderful experience touring The Boulevard at Grant Park Apartments. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers great amenities. What really stood out was our leasing agent, Mekhai. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the tour. Mekhai made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and provided detailed information about the property, floor plans, and community features without making us feel pressured. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable and informative. If you’re considering The Boulevard at Grant Park, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Mekhai. He truly represents the community well!

This community is truly beautiful and feels like a real neighborhood. Residents are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely get to know one another. It's the only place I've lived where the management team took the time to know residents by name and always made us feel valued. I would have happily continued living here for many years if I hadn't needed to relocate for a job opportunity. The maintenance team is exceptional—friendly, responsive, and proactive. Most work orders were completed the same day they were submitted. I can't say enough great things about this community and its staff. The location is also fantastic, with convenient access to everything you need. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home.

I recently toured Boulevard Apartments at Grant Park while searching for my next home, and I absolutely loved it! I have always been drawn to the Grant Park area. It has so much charm, beautiful tree lined streets, and such a cozy neighborhood feel while still being close to everything Atlanta offers. The apartment homes themselves were impressive. The layouts felt open and thoughtfully designed, with great natural light, modern finishes, spacious kitchens, and plenty of storage. I also appreciated the quality of the appliances and how well maintained the community looked overall. What truly stood out was the team. The staff was incredible from start to finish. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the community. If you are looking in the Grant Park area, I would absolutely recommend adding Boulevard Apartments to your list. It made a lasting impression on me!

If you want to live here: 1. THEY WILL BOOT GUEST CAR IMMEDIATELY. 2. NONE OF THE CAMERAS WORK. 3. WIFI IS SPOTTY - NOT WFH FRIENDLY 4. MAILROOM IS POORLY ORGANIZED 1. Boot: someone has to bring up how CUTTHROAT they are with BOOTING YOUR CAR AND YOUR GUESTS CAR. They do not care, I had someone stay there for 5 minutes and they had their car booted. They take money from you every single month to park there but will boot you without a second thought. They don’t really care about you. 2. camera: thankfully no one steals packages and people here are generally nice but the camera’s do not work which is a security risk for the mail room, and other places. 3: wifi For WiFi, I had to buy a second wifi box through my phone company for $15/m to make sure I will always have wifi. The WiFi here is super slow if you work from home or game. 4: mailroom When I first moved in, it took me 30 minutes to find my packages. No one tells you how the mailroom works really. You do NOT get an Amazon box for packages. Good luck if the mailman didn’t feel like putting your box neatly in your “floor” placement Apart from that, it’s generally clean and the staff is nice. It would be a 4 star rating otherwise.

I first came to tour these apartments with Dione. She was warm and welcoming, listening to my preferences. A couple months later I came in at the last minute wanting to see a unit I was interested in. Mekhai made the time to squeeze me into his already full day and I really appreciated it. I even spoke with Nahkel and had a great conversation with him. I feel like each interaction I've had has been authentic and honest. I've been touring apartments for the past few months and this one is one of a kind and makes you feel welcomed with no pressure. Thanks yall!
