Just toured Muse ATL and genuinely like it. The staff was professional and nice. I toured with Zale and he was funny yet informative. Front area was clean with pretty flowers. The model apartment was cozy and looked spacious for 500sqft. Area is top tier also!

I came in to tour with Jamier, the leasing agent at Muse. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Property was clean and quiet, despite being in midtown. Gates worked and weren’t open. I saw 2 maintenance guys walking around. The apartment we saw was spacious and clean, standard 1 bedroom. Overall price for midtown was fair as well. Love the location, walkable, and convenient. Overall great tour and top of my list.

I have been living at Muse ATL (Formerly 251 North Apartments) for about a year now. I was a little hesitant at first because of the reviews, but I'm honestly so happy that I made this move. Yes, there have been hiccups. When I initially was set to move in, my apartment was not fully ready, so it had to be delayed by one day. But the leasing office moved very quickly to hire contractors to come that same day within two hours to get my flooring redone from carpet to new vinyl flooring to be ready for my move-in. It was honestly amazing to see how quickly they worked. Another issue was with my hot water heater… It unfortunately stopped functioning within the first several months of me moving in. I had to call maintenance several times to get the hot water going again, and they were always so kind and quick to respond (shout out to Grady for being an awesome maintenance supervisor). After a few maintenance requests, they finally got me a new hot water heater, which has resolved all of those issues. I'm currently in a 1 bedroom non-renovated unit with a loft, and I'm honestly so thankful for all of the space, the vaulted ceilings, and great location, and the amazing price. Zale and Donte have both been amazing throughout this entire lease, and I've just renewed for another year. They've made a lot of great adjustments to this community, and I'm looking forward to seeing what else they do. I'm hoping that they update the fitness center next! If you're looking for 100% top of the line, yeah this might not be it. But expect to pay $2-3k at least in rent. But if you're looking for a good home with a budget within the city - I'm telling you - this is it.

The complex is absolutely stunning and unkept. The amenities was not as much, however, this still felt like home. Zale was there to help and answer any questions I had! I appreciated him and the staff.

Amazing Area, kept clean, Quiet and great staff. Zale is amazing does a good job to clean the community as clean and efficient as possible. Jamier is also really nice. Maintenance addresses work orders pretty timely. Overall amazing experience
