I am a resident at the Maverick and I would like to give Nicholas Lyons thumbs up for being a great facility Engineer. Nicholas has great respect for others and Nicholas performance when called on a job always prompt when I call help. Nicholas knows his position very well, very smart young man. I pray Nicholas stay at the Mavericks and expand his career to being a Director of Facility Engineering. Thank you Nicholas for all your great help. I lived at Maverick for 1 year and couldn’t be happier to live there. Its location couldn’t be any better, minutes away from most of my entertainments needs. The property is beautiful and well maintained. If you have an issues at all, the app they use makes submitting a ticket easy and it gets done immediately. I had one issue there that was never resolved not regarding the property and later realized it just comes with the territory. Thank you so much to primarily Chandra but also Robbie for being extremely helpful with getting any answers to any questions or issues you may have. Just know that if other of those two ladies answer the phone when you call that you are in good hands and if there is something they do not know, they will surely get back to you with an answer. Much appreciated cause communication is key. Thank you again Maverick for the wonderful living experience and thank you Chandra and Robbie for making life just a little bit easier everyday.

I toured a property with Timberley, and she was awesome! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knows her stuff. She made the whole tour feel relaxed but still gave me all the info I needed. You can tell she really cares about helping people find the right place. I’m definitely looking forward to leasing with her soon!

I can’t say enough good things about my leasing agent, Timberly, at The Maverick! From the very first interaction, she was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect home. She answered every question with kindness and clarity, made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail, great communication, and positive energy truly set her apart. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and really wants her residents to feel happy and taken care of. Thanks to Timberly, moving into The Maverick was an amazing experience—I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a new place!

I made an appointment and receive a confirmation and several reminder emails. When I showed up at the leasing office, nobody was there and it was locked. I emailed and was assured (I assume by an AI agent) that someone was on their way, but nobody ever came. So I had to waste time and money traveling to Atlanta for a non-existent appointment. If this is how they treat prospective residents whom they are trying to sell to, I can only imagine how they treat actual residents.
