It was a lovely stay. Everyone treated me with respect and helped me to get settled in. The front desk, Ciara, Mia, and Cassandra went beyond what was required to help me to check in upon arrival and checkout once my stay hade ended. I had a great restful time, which was very much needed.

Beware, The 4-star ratings for Generation Atlanta are not reflective of reality(reviews are requested by staff begging anybody to review that means people who do not live on the property have left these reviews, guys). Don’t be surprised if, once you sign a lease, the front desk staff becomes completely uninterested in being courteous, helpful, or professional. The staff is rude, unengaged, and inattentive doesn’t want to do their job. Communication is poor to nonexistent. Looking back, there were red flags from the very first visit. To make it worse, the so-called “concierge” service is only available during office hours and not on weekends, which completely defeats the purpose (HUH?). During the tour, the elevators had noticeable and unpleasant odors. Hallway cleanings are only one a week, so anything on the floor on your way out the door will be there when you return. Key-fobs restrict access to all floors except your own floor. Garage door issues. In multiple units we viewed, you could clearly smell whatever the neighboring apartments smelled like, which raises concerns about ventilation and soundproofing. In Our two bedroom you can hear neighbors up top and clearly beside, on both ends of the unit. Finishes look elegant but are very cheap quality. Overall, the experience feels misleading, poorly managed, and disappointing. Proceed with caution before signing a lease here. This behavior is inappropriate and does not meet acceptable professional or ethical standards. Reply to request for contact: Hi, Management No thank you. I moved out some time ago, but overall I truly enjoyed my stay in the building. I’ve noticed positive changes over time, which I really appreciated. For the most part, the neighbors were wonderful, and the staff was always professional and pleasant. I especially miss the cleaning and maintenance teams—they were amazing—as well as the front desk staff. A sincere thank you to the security team, too. You were always attentive and present. My only concerns would be increasing security measures, as there were instances of people entering the building to sleep, and improving the cleanliness of the stairwells. It may also be helpful to enforce policies more strictly regarding pet owners. Other than that, thank you for a lovely experience. Wishing everyone all the best! 🫡♥️👌🏽

Kassondra was such a great experience! The team was super friendly, responsive, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always happy to help. The property was spotless and exactly as advertised—if not better! You can tell they really care about their residents. Highly recommend if you want a smooth, positive leasing experience!

Generation Atlanta is an excellent place. While on vacation at an Arnbnb I had an issue. Kasondra and Mia both provided excellent service. Mia provided local food choices. Kasondra very graciously helped to resolve another situation. Excellent job ladies.
