I would not recommend this property anymore. Since students have recently moved into the building, the noise level has become unbearable. There is constant loud music, heavy banging, and disturbances at all hours of the night and early morning. It feels like there is little to no regard for the surrounding neighbors who are trying to live peacefully. I’ve brought these issues to management multiple times, but nothing meaningful has been done to resolve the problem. For the amount of rent being charged, residents should be able to expect a reasonable level of peace and quiet in their own homes. Unfortunately, the living experience here has gone downhill due to the lack of noise control and consideration within the community.

Oh, where do I even begin with this review? Let me tell you, I had high hopes for this place. I wanted to shout it from the rooftops, refer all my friends, and give it a glowing review. But oh, how they disappointed me, and countless others. Let's start from the very beginning, shall we? During my tour of the live/work loft space, I made sure to lay out my intentions and ask all the important questions. From parking to storage to traffic, I covered it all. I even went the extra mile and emailed them before signing the lease to confirm the parking situation. And what did they tell me? Oh, they assured me that there would be plenty of free parking for the live/work spaces, and ample storage for us poor souls trapped in these tiny apartments. But oh, how the tables turned as soon as we moved in! The assistant manager transformed into an absolute petty monster. Towing cars, charging for boxes, and bombarding us with emails referencing frivolous rules and regulations. It's like we're all grown adults trapped in jail, with no way out except by shelling out thousands of dollars to break the lease. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. My studio flooded not once, not twice, but a whopping four times due to construction flaws. And as if that wasn't enough, they have the audacity to restrict the AC to a minimum of 70 degrees! Good luck surviving the Atlanta heatwave with that policy. And don't even get me started on the traffic nightmare we have to endure just to get home on game day. They promised charging stations in the garage for a solid six months, and guess what? They're still nowhere to be found. Oh, and let's not forget about their events. They host them without even bothering to ask if my business would like to participate. Zero collaboration. It's as if they're oblivious to the fact that we're not just faceless tenants, but actual contributors to the community. When I brought up these valid complaints to the regional manager, they retaliated against me. It's truly mind-boggling. I was so excited about finally opening my brick and mortar, pouring in thousands of dollars to create Atlanta's first "made to order" charcuterie studio. But what do I get in return? Poor and unprofessional management, a building riddled with construction flaws, and a complete disregard for the 30 residents who are just seen as mere transactions. To top it all off, so many people have broken their lease and left that now they're allowing just about anyone into the building. I mean, seriously? We had a guest of a resident brandish a gun in the parking garage due to road rage. It's an absolute mess. Trust me when I say, do NOT rent here, I beg you. Now, I've been in property management for years, and I pride myself on being able to spot red flags. But this, oh this I did not see coming. Some of the things they do are downright unethical and against the law. I could go on and on, but I've already contacted my legal counsel to see if there's any recourse for this clear case of bait and switch during the leasing process. Consider yourself warned. And just to add insult to injury, they haven't even bothered to offer any compensation, apologize, or take any accountability for their actions. The new regional manager lacks even the most basic shred of empathy and interpersonal skills. And don't even get me started on the assistant manager. Unprofessional, petty, and a master of deception. He'll lie about anything just to save his own skin. I hope you take my words to heart and steer clear of this nightmare. Trust me, you'll save yourself a whole lot of trouble. And just in case you need some visual evidence, here are a few videos of the last flood. No compensation, no apology, no accountability. It's truly a circus.
