NEVER BEFORE HAD THEY GAINED SUCH A SENSE OF CONTROL IN MANIPULATING ANOTHER PERSON. A manipulative tactics to use: 1. Impress tenants with super friendly tours 2. Use intimidation tactics when tenants raise concerns 3. Characterize complaints as harassment Studio Unit 808 was affected by mold contamination and water damage in June 2025. Mr. Auguste, the property manager, deemed the repairs complete. Independent testing showed that Unit 808 remained contaminated by Aspergillus. Mr. Auguste refused to provide alternative housing and told a tenant who had paid rent in full should sleep on the street and characterized a discussion of mold remediation as harassment. Thanks to the success of this, Mr. Auguste is later transferred from DC to NY to manage 19 dutch. Some Wray staff cutoff the electricity in the guest suite and told me to return there, despite a mold test report showing that the unit remained contaminated. They did this because the guest suite needs to be cleaned for another person that night and they wanted to save money (200 dollars per night). Mr. Auguste asked me to leave the apartment and sleep on the street overnight and I'm a tenant here who duly paid all rent. Some Wray staff laughed because they gained pleasure from torturing tenants.

The Wray is such a nice place to live! The spaces are clean and modern, and the staff are all extremely caring and friendly. Any maintenance/appliance issues I had were solved super quickly by the staff. Though it may be expensive, you definitely get what you pay for in the amenities, clean living space, and service. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being at the Wray for the past 3 years!

This property is stunning! I appreciated agent Gabrielle for accommodating me with a tour in between my busy work schedule. She was patient and understanding. If you’re in the market for a new apartment in dc, definitely check out this building and ask for a tour from Gabrielle.

I toured this property recently and had a great experience. Gabrielle was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process feel easy and transparent. The tour was well organized, and I never felt rushed. It honestly made a big difference in how I view the property.

Toured just recently on April 20th and was not impressed with the building, floor plans and amenities. The prices for a 400 sq ft studio were above $2600. The tour was rushed, concierge/leasing was unprofessional and seemed genuinely bothered to be guiding the tour - they had a rude attitude, couldn’t answer questions about the near by area and that was enough for me to not want to consider this property.
