I lived at the Palisades for 4 years and loved my time there. Management is extremely responsive, maintenance is fast and thorough and the building has been overall a great environment. Flor, the building manager, has been so wonderful and truly cares about the residents. Can’t recommend The Palisades apartments enough, very lucky to have called it home!

I moved in a month ago, and the apartment is in a safe area which was important to me. I also like how up to date the studio models are. Management is also very nice and if you have a question or concern, they always make sure to address it. Maintenance is very quick and proactive as well which is a plus. Overall, I’m pleased with the Palisades.

This apartment complex is situated in a great location and is rent controlled. The staff are also very friendly and responsive to maintenece requests. Flor and Sakiv are amazing and make The Palisades such a great place to live.

I love where I live! Great location, you can walk to almost anywhere in the District. The management does a lot of cool things for their residents like free breakfast appreciation days. My apartment is great too, love the hardwood floors! Layout of bathroom is a little weird, no fan or ventilation. Wish my building had some of the amenities the other buildings have such as a work out facility (although it is shared) and dry cleaning. The roof top is great in the summer months as well. The application process was quite extensive though I will say, so be prepared.

Had 2 gas leaks while I lived there and a broken closet door the whole time. Very drafty and poor temperature regulation. Two pluses are year round ac and heating, and the quiet location. Editing to address response: No, it was not resolved within 24 hours.
