My time in DC would not have been the same if I didn’t live at the Belvedere. It’s a very charming and welcoming building.Great location and right across the street from a Streets Market. 10 mins walk to the multiple metro stops as well which makes getting around DC easy. Kyle was also amazing and any time I needed something he was immediately responsive and always friendly. He made my experience at the Belvedere that much better. Going to miss him the most!

Very disappointing experience. I scheduled an apartment tour for 12:00 PM and arrived on time, but there was no one in the leasing office. I called the number provided and was told someone would come, but after waiting over 30 minutes, no one showed up and there was no follow-up. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I would expect better communication and reliability from a building like this.

I’ve had a great experience living here, and a huge part of that is because of the staff. Kyle is an outstanding property manager who truly lives up to the title - he stays on top of everything, is responsive, organized, and keeps the building running smoothly. Ename does a great job with maintenance and is always helpful and on point. Thuy has been keeping the building beautiful for over 20 years, and it shows. The common areas are always clean and well cared for. The building itself is beautiful, especially if you’re on the 13th Street side where it’s quieter and gets great morning sun. The rooftop access is awesome, the gym is solid, and having a bike room and laundry on site is really convenient. One of the best things about this building is the apartment design. Built in the 1920s, the apartments have tall ceilings, large windows, and so much natural light. My apartment has eight windows, which is something you almost never find in newer buildings. Older buildings were built with character, space, and comfort in mind, and this place really stands out because of that. Compared to so many newer “open concept” apartments that feel cramped and cheaply built, these apartments feel spacious, bright, and like an actual home. Five stars for the staff and five stars for the building. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Belvedere is a great place to live. Perfect location, great amenities, rent stabilization, and a charming building with old school character. I’ve had amazing experiences with the maintenance staff as well as the property manager, Kyle, who has been super helpful to me and my roommate. I feel so lucky to live here!

Wonderful location right next to a grocery store, along with great amenities. Kyle does a wonderful job keeping everything organized and making sure everyone is taken care of. Great community, highly recommended!
