I absolutely love living at The 202! The entire team is incredible — from the concierge staff to management and the events team. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The events are always well done and bring such a great sense of community. Special shoutout to Samuel at the front desk — he is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. His customer service is top tier! I’m never moving. If you’re considering living here, do it — you won’t regret it!

If you are a dc native or considering moving to into DC and looking for a community with lots to do and convenience all around don’t hesitate to check out “The 202”. The close proximity to the metro station (NOMA) various bars, eatery’s and grocery shoppes for your needs was definitely a plus for me. But here’s why The 202 truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-tier. The manager, Brittany is absolutely awesome , professional and genuinely passionate about this space. She took the time to walk through everything with confidence and clarity, which made a great impression because no question went unanswered. Now to talk about the amenities, the rooftop is absolutely mind blowing. The views, atmosphere and the overall energy elevated the entire experience and set “The 202” apart from any other buildings I’ve viewed. It’s clear this is a well run venue with strong leadership and incredible potential. I left impressed, excited and confident in what “The 202” offers.

I’ve lived in this building for almost two years, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Samuel at the concierge desk for his exceptional service. He consistently goes above and beyond in a way that genuinely stands out. During a recent situation when I needed a bit of extra assistance, Samuel stepped in with kindness, patience, and a level of attentiveness that made a stressful moment much easier. His professionalism and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. What I appreciate most is how intentional he is in creating a positive experience for residents. He is always pleasant, approachable, and proactive. Qualities that make a real difference in day-to-day interactions. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who treats residents with care and respect. Samuel is a true asset to the building, and I hope his efforts are recognized. He sets a high standard!

Fairly new to the area, I decided to inquire about the apartment community. I’m so glad I did! It’s absolutely beautiful. To top it off, the concierge service is excellent. A young lady named Laquan assisted me and was very kind and helpful. Thank you again for such a great experience.

We toured The 202 and immediately applied. It is truly a luxury building. Delandra and Kyleah in the leasing office are some of the best in the business! Love the entire staff. The rooftop and fitness center are two of the best I have ever seen and the amenities / union market proximity are hard to beat. The service and management team is TOP NOTCH! If there is ever an issue they are extremely attentive and always come same day- within one day. Can’t recommend more!!! 100/10.
