I had a great tour today with Corina. Ora has a great quiet location in between Dupont Circle, Kalorama and Adams Morgan. It's a very attractive building and well renovated apartments. It's worth the penny and an exceptional choice for anyone looking to move there.

A year later and Eric is still so wonderful! He is extremely skilled, kind, and professional. Thank you Eric!! I just moved into the Ora a couple of days ago and had some issues with the appliances. I submitted a request for them and Eric came first thing in the morning with new parts for the appliances! He was so kind and knowledgeable! Makes me feel like a made a great choice moving into Ora. Thank you, Eric!!

Ora has been a great experience! I have lived here for 2 years and everyone is so friendly. Angel and Mariah in the leasing office downstairs always welcome everyone. They learn the residents' names and are always willing to help with packages/mail/printing/general questions or needs. We have always had very quick responses for maintenance needs. Recently, our dishwasher had a few problems and Eric was so fast to get back to us on our request and fixed it immediately. He is very friendly. The building is always clean and they have the sweetest people working to help clean the common areas and each floor, too! We have loved our time at Ora (and with all the building puppies!!)
