I had an amazing experience working with Amyria. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel smooth and organized. They were extremely responsive, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood every step of the leasing process. I never felt rushed or pressured, I felt supported and informed. Their confirmation was clear, timely, and consistent, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most was their attention to detail and customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and that I felt confident in my decision. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and personable, but they balanced both perfectly. If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend asking for Amyria. They truly set the tone for a positive experience!

I toured this apartment about a year ago with Marvin, who is truly one of the most vibrant and helpful people I’ve ever met. After living here for a full year, I can honestly say it has never disappointed. There’s such a great energy from the staff, the building still feels new, and everything is consistently clean and well maintained. What I’ve enjoyed most are the amenities. The pool, grills, and rooftop make it easy to relax or spend time with friends, and the gym is easily one of the best parts of living here. On top of that, the location has been ideal for me since it’s right across the street from my campus, which makes everyday life so much more convenient. I would definitely recommend touring or checking it out if you’re looking for a new place.

Not a current resident, but had to leave a review after our tour experience! We visited the property and honestly couldn't stop talking about it on the way home. The building itself is stunning, the common areas are clean, well-maintained, and clearly kept to a high standard. The units have a great layout with finishes that feel premium without being overdone. Everything just feels considered. But the real highlight was Marvin. We've toured a lot of buildings in the city and he is genuinely in a league of his own. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome, not like a sales target, but like someone he actually wanted to help. He knew the building inside and out, walked us through every detail without us having to ask, and was patient with every question we threw at him (and we had a lot). You never felt like he was rushing to close or moving on to the next tour. He was just present and helpful the whole time. If you're apartment hunting and on the fence about touring here, don't be. The building speaks for itself, and Marvin makes the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. Rare combination. Highly recommend.

My first visit to Bingo night at 801 Atla was truly memorable. The event provided an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow residents from my building. Everyone's friendly demeanor and enthusiasm created a lively ambiance. The evening was filled with enjoyable conversations and entertaining interactions. While fortune did not smile upon me this time, I appreciated the winning gifts awarded to others and look forward to the next event.

I toured the building in February and moved-in in March. As soon as I reached out, they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. I toured the building with Marvin, and he really sold it for me. You could tell he loves his job, and his enthusiasm was contagious. He answered the million questions I had and always makes himself available and responsive whenever I have another question. I have really enjoyed my experience living in Alta 801 so far.
