{RE-EDITED}~I know there was some misunderstanding about us in our last place but we have made our efforts to pay rent without any issue since our moved in February I paid about almost 3,000 for a small studio unit at the time we did our best to get payments done and organize everything also try to feel comfortable/home until recently my partner and and I struggled with him losing his job then me still currently going through Cancer. We moved into The Mod because our roommate’s situation wasn’t good so we had to move out our other place we went to The Mod with a positive mindset in February until recently we struggled we were always greeted by peers whenever said a greeting first and also the pets were very friendly here I know it didn’t last longer due to unexpected circumstances of financial stress of Rent/loss job but it’s ok we are going to move on with good terms and good to everyone it’s not easy these days but we do try our best I know we were mostly good just on only recently was an issue.Good vibes to everyone from us it was good trying other coffee and restaurants spots outside the apartments & events were fun enjoyable 😊 they should keep pet of the month btw they haven’t been update with their events in a while they should have everyone together like before hopefully The Mod will plan on some soon AGAIN good luck everyone and enjoy it.

I love the staff, the area, my unit. Everything is perfect. All my neighbors are great. My parking space is always open when I get home. I love they have security which is only a phone call away. My parking space is right outside my door. The valet gets my trash everyday. I love they are pet friendly. I just got a puppy and I can’t wait to have him meet some furry friends.

Eva was great in helping show me my new apartment and getting all the paperwork figured out. Everything is working as it should be and the convenience services are nice for mail/packages and trash pickup Parking is expensive but factoring that into the cost ahead of time is helpful. Office staff and maintenance are friendly and good to work with so far.

The Mod at Midtown is an amazing place to live. The property managers who work there are very friendly and welcoming. They are prompt and urgent when addressing any concerns. The property itself is well kept and clean. It’s a pleasure living at the Mod at midtown.

I moved into The Mod in April 2025 and I love it. Mariyah was such a great help in helping me with the move-in process. The atmosphere is pleasant, the maintenance is great, and the location is within walking distance of restaurants, local attractions, and the highways going thru the city The apartments are modern and simple to use. I'll be here for my entire lease and I dont see any issues while Im here!!
