The Fremont Building is a well-managed mixed-use property in an exceptional downtown location. It sits in a truly vibrant area with parks, walkable bars, eateries, coffee shops, and convenient light rail access all nearby—an ideal setting for both residents and tenants. I work with a lot of multi-home and mixed-use communities, and I can honestly say my experience with the team here stands out. Khalil from maintenance, is consistently responsive and demonstrates a high level of professionalism in his approach to building operations. His attentiveness to maintenance needs contributes significantly to the overall condition and functionality of the property. Krystal, the property manager, is equally impressive. She is approachable, kind, and maintains such a positive and grounded demeanor. She clearly cares about the community she’s managing and puts real intention into creating a place people feel good about living and working in. What also stands out is the level of care beyond the building itself—the surrounding streets and exterior areas are regularly maintained and always look clean and well kept. Overall, it’s rare to see this level of coordination, responsiveness, and pride of ownership across a property team. It’s been a genuinely great experience working with them.

This building is located in a great area in Midtown. It’s a few minutes away from parks, coffee shops, bars, the ice blocks, grocery stores, and restaurants. We loved living there and were so sad to move. Also, the Apartment Manager and Maintenance Specialist were amazing. They both were always so friendly and helpful, making our experience living in the building even better. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking to move to Midtown.

Krystal went above and beyond to help us along the process, she is kind and very knowledgeable. Khalil is great. He gets maintenance requests fulfilled quickly, and will help with anything you need. Hospitality is on a very high level here. Khalil is great, he changed our Microwave and cleaned up the mess. Well done Sir!

Building management and maintenance have been extremely helpful, making our move-in experience go smoothly. The application process, expectations, and move-in day tasks were clear. We also appreciate the special touches with welcome home gifts!!
