During my 20 months here I enjoyed every minute of it. Upscale finishes on everything. This is a very well managed corporate apartment building, but also at the same time you get the feel of warm sweet community. Shyla the property manager makes sure we feel like home here and she’s not giving any rigid rules on anything. It’s truly to make you feel comfortable at home. She even put a sliding barn door on my studio ish bedroom. This is what I see in everyday from my 5th floor east facing unit. 😊 but now it’s vacant as I’m moving out.

I’ve been living at 1430 Q for the past three months, and I can confidently say it was the right decision. The location is unbeatable, right next to Safeway and surrounded by great restaurants and nightlife. The underground parking garage is incredibly convenient, and having Fire Wings, Majka Pizza, CycleBar, and Pinkberry downstairs is a huge plus. My unit offers a beautiful view, and the quality throughout truly feels luxurious from the appliances to the finishes. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. What really sets this place apart, though, is the property manager, Shyla. She goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service and makes residents feel genuinely at home. If you’re considering 1430 Q, I highly recommend it.

1430 Q is in a fantastic location close to much of the nightlife and music scene in Midtown. There’s tons of great food nearby, plus a community garden and multiple parks, which makes the area feel really vibrant and livable. The grounds are always clean and well-maintained, and the property manager, Shyla, is genuinely cheerful and always ready to help at the front desk during the week. The online payment portal makes paying rent incredibly easy, and the valet garbage service is something I didn’t realize I’d love until having it. The other residents are respectful and quiet, which really adds to the overall positive vibe. I highly recommend these apartments as they have great kitchens and views of the cities trees.

Along with how beautiful the units are (I have lived in 3 different layouts), the best part about living there was the property management, specifically Shyla. From the old management company to the new, there was a huge shift in my experience and a clear difference in efficiency. Work orders were completed in a timely manner and my needs prioritized with issues big and small (barely any at all). If I were to move back to Sacramento, I would come back for sure- not just for the community, beautiful apartment, or the ease of being in midtown, but for the system Shyla has put in place to make her tenants content and taken care of.

If you are looking for a luxurious community with the urban lifestyle you need to check this place out. They offer 1, 2 bedrooms and penthouses. I love, love living here. 1430 Q is an amazing state of the art building in the heart of Midtown Sacramento, pet friendly, with dog washing station. There rooftop terrace 180 degree view of downtown Sacramento is breath taking. They offer onsite two story secured parking garage. The units are beautiful with floor to ceiling windows, lots of natural light; the bedrooms are large with walking closets and full size washers and dryers in each unit.
