I came to tour the lofts with my boyfriend on a Saturday morning. Mercedes was incredibly nice and welcoming and offered a tour almost immediately when we walked in. The lofts are gorgeous and they’re located in a really beautiful area in Sacramento, CA

I just recently moved in and had the best experience. Mercedes made my move so easy and seamless. The apartment is beautiful, brand new, so clean, and quiet. And the neighborhood is so walkable. Love it!

I recently moved into Luella Apartments, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff, especially Mercedes and Mark, are incredibly helpful and responsive. They truly go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and supported. The apartments themselves are beautiful, featuring modern finishes and plenty of natural light. Plus, the location is unbeatable—situated in a vibrant part of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and parks.

Great place for extroverts. Very beautiful very nice area security keeps everything safe and as quiet as a downtown area can get. I would say if you work from home or are a homebody the apartment doesn’t have its own gym and pool but with the location there are many gyms close by. There will be monthly events to go to my only regret is not doing them! Highly recommend this place. Mercedes is such a sweet apartment manger and that’s rare! ❤️❤️❤️
