The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Hemant really made the whole process smooth and welcoming, definitely made my decision to move forward a lot quicker than expected. The apartments themselves look amazing and modern. You can tell they really care about maintaining the property. On top of that, the location is perfect. Convenient to everything and right by the Golden 1 Center. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience in mid-town Sacramento.

I would like to recommend Hemant Sehgal for his outstanding support and professionalism. When I was moving into the Frederic Apartments, I had several issues with my application, and Hemant went above and beyond to help me resolve everything. He even stayed overtime to make sure the process was completed smoothly. Throughout the entire experience, he was patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful. His dedication made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciate his effort and kindness.

Stepping into The Frederic is like entering a luxe hotel. It's clean, smells amazing, and it's elegant and sophisticated. Right when I walked in, I knew I had to live here. I love the urban living--being on the 7th floor is like living in Manhattan. Heymat showed me around, was really helpful with the application process, very attentive with communication and he continues to be a solution provider now that I've moved in. Just wish they had more free coffee! :)

My experience at the Fredrick has been smooth, consistent, and positive from the time I came to view the property to the time I moved in. Hemant was gracious enough to show me my unit even though I arrived one hour early. Additionally, Hemant did a great job in expediting my application and guiding me through the process. Subsequently, Amaya, Jessica, and Hemant were very easy to communicate with, as I had many questions about the move in requeriments and parking. I moved from Houston. Hemant was very patient throughout my move-in process; my movers were two weeks delayed with my stuff. I was a mess, but Hemant and Amaya did the best they could to help me out. The unit was perfectly clean, and setting up the instant-on internet was relatively straightforward. My unit has an awesome view, and the residents have been very welcoming.

I was quite delighted with my visit to your establishment, The Frederic. I was helped by Amaya, who showed me a lovely apartment on the 5th floor. I would love to make arrangements for another visit in the future, to see more. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I am quite interested in possibly making the Frederic my home.
