Our neighbors are very friendly, the staff are friendly too and there are always fun resident events or giveaways! Amenities are great I just wish we had audio on the big TV and lights at the pool in the evening. Also the apartments is very secure and we also have overnight security too for added safety! Did I mention WALKABLE. 10 minute walk to Roosevelt park area and 15 minute walk DOCO

JUST GOT OUR KEYS! Can’t wait for this new experience! My wife and I feel so welcomed and at home walking around. Juana and Donna definitely made the experience easy, fun and enjoyable. They were so inviting and informative when it came to the process from walking in the door to signing the lease!

I absolutely love living here! The location is perfect, very convenient to Midtown and Downtown, with plenty of amazing restaurants, entertainment, and fun things to do nearby. There is always something going on, so you will never be bored. The staff, especially Donna and Junna, are absolutely wonderful. They are extremely kind, helpful, and always go above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and valued. The maintenance team is also fantastic, very prompt, professional, and quick to handle any requests or issues. The property is always kept very clean, smells fresh, and has a welcoming atmosphere. They put on fun events that Donna and Junna organize, which really help create a friendly community feel. Everyone here is welcoming, and it truly feels like home. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a clean, fun, and well-managed place to live!

Juana is absolutely AMAZING! I had a wonderful experience touring the apartment community, and a big part of that was because of Juana. She was warm, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. She took the time to thoroughly show apartment options and all of the amenities, answering every question with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm. What stood out most was how comfortable and welcomed she made us feel. She was not only informative, but also approachable and sincere, which made the experience feel much more personal than just a standard tour. If decide to move forward with an application, it will absolutely be because of the positive impression she made. She truly represents the community well, and her kindness and professionalism made a lasting impact.

Lived here when they newly opened and loved every second. The staff is super friendly and responsive when anything is needed. The culture of the building is very community based with plenty of events happening regularly. They have lots of amenities with areas for you to host guests as well. There’s also amenities for your dogs with a dog wash and small dog area for them to play. If you love being downtown but want to be away from the hustle and bustle. This is the perfect place for you. It’s close to all your favorite places and conveniently located close to both major freeways. Overall amazing experience here and one of the best views of the beam if you can catch it!
