Stephanie Nguyen a year agoI cannot say enough AMAZING things about Sutter Green II Apartments! From the moment I inquired about availability to the day my application was approved, the experience was absolutely seamless—and it’s all thanks to the incredible team behind the scenes. Krista Cramsie in the leasing office is an absolute gem! She was warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to answer all my questions with patience and kindness. Her responsiveness made me feel like a top priority every step of the way, and she truly made the entire process feel stress-free and even enjoyable. And I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Jessica B. at Demmon Partners—she is an absolute rockstar! Her professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness were beyond impressive. She worked with me to expedite my application and, thanks to her dedication, I was approved in just ONE DAY. That kind of turnaround is unheard of, and it genuinely changed everything for me. I also briefly met Brandy, another Sutter Green team member from Corporate, and the energy she brought was unforgettable! When I walked in to pick up my keys on move-in day, she greeted me with a cheerful, enthusiastic “Woooo!”—which made me smile from ear to ear. It was the perfect welcome. Thank you to this wonderful and amazing team. If you’re even thinking about moving here—DO IT. The staff alone make it 100% worth it. I already feel so lucky to be part of the Sutter Green II community. 💚
Analise Dominguez 8 months agoMy husband and I have lived at Sutter Green for 6 years, and while it has been a mostly positive experience, there is one thing that continues to affect us on a daily basis. The lack of parking is beyond frustrating. The planners way underestimated how many spots/unit there should be. Sutter did add more parking within our 1st year of living here, but it’s still not enough. If you come home later than 4-5 PM, you’re lucky to find an open spot. My husband and I have 2 cars between us, as many other couples here do, and are constantly having to plan around the parking situation due to our differing work schedules. Leaving the complex in the evening to run an errand is always a gamble. Of course there’s street parking outside, but I wouldn’t recommend it in this area, and you have to move your car in the morning to avoid a ticket. You will often find people parking along the fire lane curbs, or in handicap spots because there’s simply no where else to go. Fast forward to the last 5 months and it has only been exacerbated. They have hired a painting crew whose equipment has been taking up many of our open parking spaces for FIVE months. It seems like they could have had them store their equipment at the phase 2 property across the street, which is newer, with less tenants, and doesn’t seem to be facing the parking issue as bad. After coming home today at 4:30 PM, and seeing that there’s now just piles of dirt from landscaping taking up even more open spots, I’m at my wits end. I don’t know what the solution is, but they need to figure something out.
Yuliia Varkentin a year agoWe lived at Sutter Green for five years, moving in right after construction was completed. The apartments are of good quality; we lived on the 3rd floor and never heard any noise from our neighbors. The high-efficiency appliances were great, and our SMUD bill was very reasonable. The gym was really nice, especially with the Peloton equipment. It was a safe place for us, and we loved living there. The location is also great for people who enjoy hanging out in downtown. Cons: 1. I often saw roaches outside on the property. 2. The floors and stairs were always dirty because of neighbors’ pet hair and stains from garbage left outside. Common areas should have been cleaned far more often. After five years, the apartments don’t feel brand new anymore, but it is still a nice place to live.
Sofia Kirilyuk 3 years agoMoved in with my husband here and we absolutely love every part of our life here. The staff is always nice and helpful. You can tell that they are happy working there and the management is doubt an awesome job on keeping things organized. The amenities are working and taken good care of. Everything in apartments are new and we absolutely love the that all maintenance requests are handled promptly. Overall 10/10 recommend and love everything about this place from location to every little detail!
Tyler Hughes a year agoMy fiancé and I were the very first residents to move into these brand new luxury apartments (Sutter Green II NEW BUILDING) on November 15, 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! From day one, the entire experience has been exceptional. The apartments themselves are absolutely stunning! Everything is so fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. We were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the unit. It truly feels like home, and we’re so grateful to be living in such a beautiful, comfortable space. I also want to give a special thank you to the front office leasing agents, Krista Ryan and especially Jessy were amazing! They made the entire move-in process smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Their professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness really stood out and made a great impression. We’ve already recommended these apartments to several friends and family members, and we’ll continue to do so. If you’re looking for a clean, luxurious place to live with an awesome leasing team, this is the perfect choice!
