Great apartment building, good community, amazing location (I’d argue best in Sacramento). Office staff, specifically Valerie, has made my stay here very pleasant and comfortable, , to be greeted whenever I walk through the building, makes it feel like home. Staff is always there to help, waived a late fee that wasn’t really my fault, maintenance needs are met. The apartment layouts are great with many featuring a “Den”, a little extruding space which is absolutely perfect for those working from home. Feels very “easy” to live here. Maybe less of a family vibe though, good for those before and after raising kids stage in my opinion.

We've lived in Eviva for 3 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It feels safe, the staff (particularly Valerie who is always cheerful) is extremely responsive, and it's close to everything. We don't live full time in the building, so to be able to text Valerie for package deliveries or to let a housecleaner into the apartment, makes our lives so easy. Thank you, Valerie. You're the best!

My family and I have lived here for 3 months now. Excellent experience, excellent location and exceptional customer service. Valerie who is part of the EVIVA team has gone above and beyond to help me, my wife and son feel like home and her personality and going the extra mile contributed to our decision to stay at EVIVA.

The management team at EVIVA Midtown is amazing! I recently moved in and made the mistake of buying a sofa that was too big for the elevator. Without skipping a beat the managers asked if I needed help lugging the sofa up 6 flights of stairs. Without their generosity and determination I don’t know how I would have gotten the sofa to my apartment.

I absolutely love this property, it is so clean and Elizabeth goes above and beyond to make sure all residents are accounted for and happy at this property. She pays attention to all details whether it’s a person or even their dog and creates a warm environment for everyone.
