Moving into The Envoy has been an incredible experience, especially since it’s my first time living in a luxury apartment and in a downtown setting. I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The biggest highlight for me has been the community. The people here are friendly, welcoming, and respectful. It’s rare to find a place where you genuinely enjoy being around your neighbors, and that’s definitely the case at The Envoy. Another major perk is the location. Being within walking distance of great venues and local businesses has added so much convenience and enjoyment to my day-to-day life. Whether it’s grabbing a quick bite, exploring nearby spots, or just enjoying the energy of downtown, everything feels accessible. No place is perfect, but this one has been perfect for me. Overall, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences so far, and I’m really glad I made the move. I’d highly recommend The Envoy to anyone looking for a strong sense of community paired with the benefits of downtown living.

Absolutely amazing. I have never given a public review of any residency that I’ve stayed at but this place was so amazing I had to. Every place I’ve stayed at I’ve had something I didn’t like. This was the most heartwarming place I’ve ever stepped foot in. The entire time of my tour of the property I was in absolute amazement. I immediately felt at home. I felt the energy of a place where the resident is the priority. Absolutely proud to call this place my new home.

I love this community! The property is beautiful and the roof top view is awesome. What sets this property aside for me is the staff and the community that they heave built here. Janiese, Stormm and Alejandro are always so warm and helpful. Kelsee the Community Director goes above and to make sure the community is happy. If you want a beautiful community with a diverse population and age range, you will want to make Envoy #1 on your list.

I looked at about 10 other apartment complexes in the Downtown/Midtown Sacramento area and this place was the best! I was deciding between a couple different places it was because of Phee Atlas (the leasing consultant) that I made my final decision to move here. Phee Atlas is so friendly and compassionate about what he does. He provided an excellent tour with thorough knowledge of the property and the amazing amenities. Take a tour with Phee Atlas he will make you feel right at home.

It was an amazing tour! The floorplans are beautiful and the building is very well kept. I love the downtown area and all this building has to offer. Tianna was such a pleasure to tour with and Phee-Atlas coordinated my tour booking seamlessly. The staff here is wonderful!
