Terrific downtown location. Reminds me of my high rise in downtown Miami. Terrific exercise room. Excellent $ value /Sq Ft. Assistant Manager Lisa Cook was terrific in showing me the available units. Patient and knowledgeable. Shout out to super friendly Wendy at the front desk.

Wendy was very welcoming, professional and helpful, she provided clear information on amenities and lease terms. "she has a really good Costumer services" unit was clean and ready for viewing, i loved the amenities and the views from the high floors.

Thank you to Daniel for the excellent tour and friendly attitude. There was no smell of marijuana or cigarettes on any floor — everything was clean and well maintained. The apartments are very spacious, loft-style. After the tour, I’m generally inclined to sign a lease with you once my current one ends. My only suggestion would be to pay a bit more attention to the parking area for future residents. I received a parking ticket by mistake, but the office assured me it would be resolved.

The apartment units have a fantastic modern industrial style, neighbors are friendly, and management and maintenance are remarkably dependable. Larger units have beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city, and it's great living within walking distance to everything. The building is made of concrete, so units are very quiet and I rarely hear my neighbors. The biggest downsides are the noise from outside and homelessness in the surrounding area, but they're not bad enough to bother me and they're part of living in an urban area - any apartment in downtown Sac will have those two things as well.

I had an amazing experience touring this apartment complex! The property manager, Leah, was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about both the community and the surrounding area, and made the entire tour feel welcoming and stress-free. Her customer service was truly a 10/10. I was so impressed that I submitted my application right after the tour. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new home. Thank you, Leah!
