Great spot to live here and in the middle of everything. Been here for almost a year and can say it’s probably the nicest building in town. The apartments have some of the best views of sac, super modern and the amenities are top notch. The building staff have always been responsive and friendly. They get to know your name and say hi in the hallways which is rare in a large building like this. So far, 10 out of 10 experience. Couldn’t be happier.

Great experience living at 19J Midtown for the last 2 years: I love everything about my studio. Its centrally located, right in the middle of midtowns many coffee shops, the farmers market and the best restaurants and shops. My favorite feature of my apartment is my balcony with a view of the sierra mountains. My kitchen is also amazing and it makes it more enjoyable to cook at home when you have nice appliances and large stone counters. This is the first newer building ive lived in after years of living in older apartments and its a very obvious upgrade that you can appreciate every day. Its hard to go back once youve lived here. The maintenance team is also so nice and super responsive at all times. Aurelio is the best. I really enjoy all the amenity spaces too, especially the gym that I use almost daily, and the gorgeous rooftop and lounge as well for when I have friends and family over. 100 percent recommend

Highly recommend. I'm really glad I ended up choosing to live at 19J Midtown. Certainly the nicest apartments I've found in midtown and I would say all of Sacramento, being located in the best spot and also the quality and design is excellent. The gym and co working lounge are awesome to have in the building with access every day. Have yet to find a better spot in town.

I toured this place this week, and it quickly became my top choice out of the 8 others I saw in downtown and midtown. The apartments are new, modern, and have really nice finishes and some of the best views I’ve seen. What stood out the most, though, was the incredible range of amenities, especially the lounge and the two rooftop spaces with amazing downtown views. I ended up choosing a higher-floor unit to really enjoy that, and I can’t wait to call this place home soon.

Living at 19J has honestly changed and elevated my way of living. I feel so blessed to be able to live in a place like this. I always feel supported and comfortable here at 19J. Both staff & residents truly make my day when I run into them. I currently live in a corner one bedroom apartment that overlooks the East side of Sacramento. You simply cannot beat this location. Just steps away is the Midtown Farmers Market goes on every Saturday which provides us with local, fresh produce. It is also not hard to find a delicious coffee shop near; The Mill, Milka, Pachamama, Temple, Camellia Coffee, even Starbucks.. the list goes on! Everything you need is right here at 19J. From a 24 Hour Fitness Center to a Concierge Service, I know that accessibility & convenience are at the tip of my fingers. This generally makes things easier and helps me keep that balance in my daily life. If I don't feel like being in my apartment, I grab some ingredients and head down to the Communal Kitchen to cook. I really enjoy it because I get the chance to use the Wolf appliances and feel the delta breeze come in since it is also an Indoor/Outdoor Lounge area. The building itself is stunning with style like nothing else in Sacramento. Spending time on the rooftop terraces at sunset with a glass of wine is pure bliss. I don't ever want to leave 19J!
