Lived here almost a year. Reza, the landlord, was super kind in moving my truck when it arrived before I did. He lent us some essentials for the apartment and helped us move a couch. He also picked us up from the airport when we arrived. He was a light when my sister and I moved to this very big and new city. God bless him. Now, yes, you will encounter tiny broken bottle pieces when you exit the garage, you will hear people outside screaming, you will hear the fire truck and ambulance several times. Also, starting from Thursday through the weekend you will hear a lot of motorcycles. It comes with the territory. My sister and I come from a smaller town in a different state so this was all new to us. However you will have the amazing you can’t replicate farmers market a few blocks away. There is a chocolate place and many coffee shops to go to. You have the wonderful park nearby with so many different trees to wonder at. You will be living next to some convention centers therefore parking for public is limited at times, if you have a parking spot behind the apartment then please talk to Priority Parking about them respecting your parking spot, bc most of the time they did absolutely nothing. Amazing views from the 8th floor! Anyway we felt safe. That was the most important thing. Sending Reza a big hug, he is invaluable.

I lived at 17 Central for about 14 months. And it was a great experience. The location is great. You are right in Midtown with lots of places to shop such as Target, BevMo, Grocery Outlet & Safeway. And plenty of places for dining, all throughout midtown and downtown Sacramento. Reza and the rest of the staff were great and very welcoming & responsive to the tenants of the building. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to experience living in the city.

I lived at 17 Central here in Midtown for about six months, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is fantastic, and the community is truly welcoming. I always felt safe, and the apartments were well-maintained and clean. My time there was nothing but positive, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live. I also want to give a special shoutout to our landlord, Reza. He was exceptionally kind, warm, and always welcoming. Reza genuinely cares about his tenants and works tirelessly with a smile on his face. His dedication and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. If I hadn’t needed to move for work, I would have loved to stay much longer. Thank you, Reza, for everything!

As someone who has lived here for a year and a half, I’ve had no issues. All the tenants are lovely. It’s a great location. You have Target, BevMo, and Grocery outlet, and the famers market within walking distance. Not to mention, the plethora of restaurants midtown has to offer. I was searching for apartments with my mom. This would be the first time I had moved out on my own, so I wanted to make sure it was right for me. This was the FIRST place I toured, and Reza, the property manager, ensured I would be safe and enjoy my time living there. He hasn’t been wrong! Him and Johnny are always super responsive when I need something, if I have questions, or even for a friendly chat! Since living here, if I see pedestrians with a curious eye looking into the building, I don’t hesitate to tell them to schedule an appointment for a tour. You won’t regret living here! I sure don’t!

In two weeks it will be a year since we moved in. Management has changed since then, but all these months we have been told the windows would be cleaned after the fall-winter rains are over (sometime in spring). Well although the floor-to-the-ceiling windows are amazing, when the morning sun comes through it looks ugly UPDATE 06/02 the management has scheduled cleaning for 06/12. it’s exactly the day we moved in last year. I wouldn’t be so annoying and picky if I hadn’t paid $2,450 every single month for these 12 months. they also mentioned they usually clean windows twice a year *which obviously didn’t work out this particular year unfortunately
