My partner and I have lived here for half a year and so far, it's been a joy to be here. Management has been receptive and responsive. The maintenance team has been a blessing - very understanding and accommodating since we've moved in. The community here is also friendly and many of us have fur babies! Walls are thick enough, the appliances and amenities are great, and the location is ideal. We're excited to call this place home for a long while :)

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from the team at 16 Powerhouse. After touring five different apartments in the area, it was clear that nothing matched the professionalism, attention to detail, and overall quality of 16 Powerhouse. Luis, the leasing consultant, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. He ensured all my questions were answered, making me feel confident and well-informed about my decision. After applying, Diane worked efficiently to expedite the processing of my application, allowing me to coordinate my move within the limited time I had. Since moving in, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The apartment and community exceed all my expectations. Even the one maintenance request I submitted was handled immediately, demonstrating the team’s dedication to ensuring residents’ comfort and satisfaction. I recently moved to 16Powerhouse Apartment and they are the best! I had to move very quickly out of my previous apartment and get settled and 16Powerhouse Apartments was so responsive, accommodating, and helpful! Leasing agent, Marisol, was so amazing and kind. She made this move possible! I am so pleased with the apartment, parking, location, and safety of the apartment. Maintenance is very responsive and professional! Overall, I am beyond happy that I chose 16Powerhouse as my new home!

In deciding on which apartment we were moving into, I made a spreadsheet of our options and 16 Powerhouse was a top contender in almost every category. But you don't know what it will be like until you move in. Six months in and I can verify that these apartments are top notch. At a time when you hear about apartment buildings collapsing in New York, the Powerhouse team has invested in quality materials and maintenance. The walls are thick, the appliances are high quality and durable, lots of beautiful outdoor shared space, and you can't beat the location. The team seals the deal. Sean is the leasing manager and is attentive, a problem solver and emanates kindness. At our last apartment, we couldn't get anything fixed. Here, we put in a service request ticket and Vince arrived 5 minutes later. Vince can fix anything and I wish I knew half as much as he does. The whole team clearly cares about their work and takes amazing care of the building and its residents.

I moved in about a month ago, and have nothing but good things to say about this place. Nice area, good places to eat, beautiful units, everything you could ask for. Especially the management — both Sean and Sarah have countlessly went out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable in my new home and have made this move much more easier on me. Having a management team that effortlessly does this for their residents is what makes 16 Powerhouse stand out!
