princess μia a month agoWorst experience of my life the electricity goes out every so often the event always close the road. The property management is in very helpful. In fact, he tried to violate the contract by saying something completely false. And I had a gay couple charge at me with a bat while I was pregnant and it didn’t seem like property management did anything because they still Antagonized me every time They seen me. You can’t have plants out on the balcony And the plants that you have inside are dying. AC unit is inconsistent during the summertime. I would constantly have to call maintenance to come and fix it Property management hanging up in your face. And I’ll never get a call back. It’s so hard to reach property management.Moral of the story….I should’ve listened to the reviews. It’s not worth living here then the audacity of them to try to raise rent $200. I’m already paying 1400+. And I don’t even have an oven. Honestly, it wasn’t even worth living here for 1400. We don’t have a pool. There’s no real amenities here. And I was on a lease, Not a month to month. The lease specifically says if you are on a lease, the lease will automatically and if you do not notify them. That you want to prolong stay basically. And how you would prolong staying is by sending the next month’s rent. I kept telling them because I was not on a month-to-month that per the lease. It was not necessary for me to do the 30 day notice. But I think they’re broke right now because no one wants to live here so they’re trying to get every dime out of everybody that they possibly can
SirNaps Alot 3 months agoManagement is terrible. Even after the change. There is a reason for the "lease special." No one wants to continue living there. They charged me an additional month for not providing my 30-day notice to not renew my lease. They said the lease agreement lists these terms but it does not. Upload that lease into any AI platforms and it will say so. Management clearly not not understand their own agreement. But it wasn't worth it to fight it. Not after a terrible experience. I just wanted to leave and let go. Took all my deposit to clean my apartment and even charged me additional fees after. I left my unit in great shape. Lived alone, no pets, minimalist. Left it how I got it. Don't move here. Its not worth it. It's damaging. No one deserves it.
Paul a year agoI moved in during COVID from the Bay Area and initially found the place promising. However, the past two years have been a nightmare. The Mitsubishi wall-mounted AC units couldn’t keep up with the urban heat—they only worked if you were standing directly under them, leaving my 2-bedroom apartment uncomfortably hot. My plants were dying, and I couldn’t leave my dog alone for fear of overheating. This was the main reason I moved out. Communication with property management was also terrible—they only respond when it suits them. The neighborhood has deteriorated, with safety concerns after dark due to homeless individuals and loose dogs. The complex is dirty, with trash and dog waste everywhere, and maintenance is lacking. Dumpsters are consistently overflowing, and water waste from malfunctioning sprinklers goes unaddressed. Additionally, the only amenity provided, an electric vehicle charger, has been out of service for over a year and a half despite multiple repair requests. Management now ignores my service requests to fix it. Overall, this is one of Granville’s worst-managed properties. I wouldn’t recommend moving here, especially with the nearby county jail likely contributing to the high homeless population.
BriAnn Romero a year agoThe Lede has very poor management. The puppy pee pad right by the bbq pit was a bad idea because it smells. There’s also lots of poop everywhere. Some looks human. I am grateful for the Fresno Police Department stopping an intruder while he was entering my apartment. Please be aware of criminal activity in the area. Also please see attached photos for an example of communication with manager.
vanessa dewar 3 years agoDo NOT move here. The management is awful. It was much better with previous management. The girl here has terrible customer service and a serious attitude problem. Also there’s homeless people they sneak into the dumpster, the last thing you want to do is take your trash out in the evening and find someone moving. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.
