I’ve had such a positive experience with the current manager, Angela! They’ve made a real difference since changing ownership. I had several maintenance issues that I had reported multiple times to previous management without any results, but once the new manager took over, those problems were finally addressed quickly and efficiently. We also just got brand-new washers and dryers that actually work, unlike the old ones that constantly had issues. Even though it took a little longer than expected to get them installed, the manager kept us well-informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Communication has been consistent, professional, and respectful. Angela truly cares about the residents and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new place to come in and apply. You’ll be in good hands!

Moved here in love with the Downtown scene! This is where you get live music, artistic scenery, great food, and enjoy a beautiful firework show when the Grizzlies are playing. My apartment is beautiful stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, and granite counter tops. The manager Savannah was great during my application process and my move was smooth and effortless got to sign my lease online, and it was a breeze picking up my keys the day of move in. The maintenance guy Ben was great and very knowledgeable showed me how to operate my A/C and garage remote. Overall great atmosphere and I know I will enjoy my stay here. Thank Brio Staff!

Wife and I had a great experience living at the brio on Broadway apartments. It was our first home after getting married and we enjoyed every single minute of it. Management was great! Michelle and savannah would always answer our questions or take care of our concerns. Our apartment was really nice and we enjoyed how spacious it was it felt like a house to us. We liked having a spot inside to park out car as well. Overall great experience, only reason we moved out is because we bought a home if not we would of stayed there. Thank you Michelle and savannah for being great! 😊

The manager is so awesome!!! It was clean and manager was always available even on her days off. It was so inviting and the manager always did special things for the tenants which made us feel so appreciated. I’ll miss living here and if I ever come back to Fresno I definitely will stay here again!

I have been living here for the past few months and i cannot complain! Any problem I have came across has always been resolved by the manager Savannah who is amazing! Also another plus, is the area itself! Has a little bit of an LA vibe to it, which keeps it young and fun! Overall, best complex to live in here in the Fresno area.
