I am happy to share that this is one of the best apartment communities in all of Fresno that I’ve lived at. The apartment is very spacious with great new appliances, washer and dryer, strong A/C system, walk in closets, smart home features, and a great kitchen for all my cooking! I’ve been able to enjoy all the amenities with guests like the pool, bbqs, lounges, coffee bar, and 24/7 gym. They even have bikes but I haven’t tried those yet. But so far the best part of this place is the management and maintenance staff. Easily the best staff I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with whenever I have a maintenance request or need assistance. Maintenance team communicates well, are respectful, and gets my request done quickly. They also helped with installing the mount for my TV! The leasing staff and the manager Josh are so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, available when needed. That’s an issue I’ve dealt with at other properties, but not here! So far I’ve been very happy living here and I highly recommend this apartment community.

I can confidently say the complex manager, Joshua, demonstrates exceptional leadership and dedication. He consistently makes it a priority to address and resolve any issue that may arise. His knowledge, attention to detail, and professional approach truly set him apart. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents’ experience. Having a manager like Joshua makes tremendous value to the property.

I’ve been a resident here for about two years, and it’s been a great experience living here. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which I really appreciate. The amenities are wonderful, and the grounds are always well-kept. It truly feels like a safe and welcoming community. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home!

best place i have ever lived. very clean facility. ample parking. Maintenance and management very accessible and responsive. Lots of amenities such as pool, common area in the lobby has 24/7 gym access , tv, sitting area, and pool table. If my work wasn't making me move I would have lived here forever

I have rented to some of the better apartment companies in Fresno, like Granville, Lennar & this one stands out as the best choice when compared to them. Although it was a bit of a bumpy start at first due to this being a new complex with them still ironing out the wrinkles, in fact it was a third party company involved that I had an issue with, not Coronado. With that said, Coronado property management staff (Josuha in particular) and maintenance always kept a high level of professionalism while solving problems which always got done very quickly. The apartment itself is not only beautiful, I had no quality control issues besides some minor stuff, plus my electrical bill is a lot lower than the other apartments I rented from. Those facts plus this location, which not only makes my work commute only 10 minutes (although I mainly work at home), you are close to everything as far as food and entertainment. I also should mention the top-notch amenities, like gym, pool, full kitchen to host events, BBQ grills, free coffee & Wi-Fi. I say all this because it's subjective on what someone would consider a good apartment complex, but I experienced some terrible ones here in Fresno and this place is a night and day difference when compared to them, but keep in mind that no place is perfect, but this one does make more of an effort in fullfilling your needs than what I have experinced in the past.
