I’m really happy with my new apartment. The place is clean, well-maintained, and very nice overall. The move-in process was easy and smooth, which made everything stress-free. Emmanuel, the manager, was especially helpful and accommodating—he made sure everything went well and was always available to answer questions. I’m very glad I chose to live here and would definitely recommend these apartments.

I have been a resident at Sunset Sands since 2019, and I can honestly say I have never seen the community look or feel better. Emanuel and his team are truly exceptional—kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Emanuel is responsive, efficient, and attentive, ensuring everything on site is handled smoothly and in a timely manner. The maintenance team consistently goes above and beyond, always exceeding expectations. A special shout-out to Gabriel, who is truly outstanding—any issue that arises is handled promptly, thoroughly, and with care. His dedication and attention to detail make a noticeable difference in the quality of living here. The staff as a whole is warm, understanding, and supportive, creating a true sense of community. The property is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and inviting inside and out. I am incredibly grateful to call Sunset Sands my home and highly recommend it to anyone seeking outstanding management and quality living.

I was extremely rushed by Emanuel when coming in here to view these apartments because he was on the phone so I didn’t get to ask everything I wanted to ask about the place. One of the questions I wanted to ask was about the pet policy and I didn’t realize that there were no pets until after I had put in an application so I immediately called to have the application canceled and was told he was doing it right then but did not cancel it and charged my account almost $200 for a $40 application fee and a holding deposit which I clearly didn’t want the apartment anymore. I have since reached out multiple times and there has been zero action on their end to solve this matter.

We had the pleasure of working with Emmanuel at the Sunset Sands and I can confidently say he has been very approachable, responsive, and helpful through our process of getting a new home! It’s clear he takes pride in maintaining a well-run, welcoming environment, and it makes living here a much more positive experience. I’m grateful for his dedication and highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a community where management truly makes a difference.

New Resident * Emanuel and his staff were so kind and helpful with the process. Emanuel is so nice and was very efficient and professional with everything, making sure the process went smoothly and at a reasonable time.Maintenance team were so helpful making sure everything was top-tier. Both management and staff were so welcoming. I love these apartments inside and out very clean very tidy. I’m so happy to call this place my new home. Looking forward to meeting my new neighbors.
