Edward Gutierrez 9 months agoIt was a great move in everyone was very professional, nice, and made you feel like you were home. They have the office very nice, with coffee every morning if you need a cup before work. They were always there for any question I had within the few days of moving in, everything was perfect I went to buy cleaning wipes to wipe the apartment just in case and I couldn't get not even a little bit of dust or dirt on it. Apartment was perfectly clean and nice I appreciate everything. This is a great apartment complex to move into for any family with great safety features from the locked gate community to the computerized walk-in gate. They even have security coming around three times each night checking card and parking area. Dont want to leave out the nice gym they have for us. Great place to live. Thanks Alisa & Paula for everything.
Bella Storm 5 months agoI moved into this apartment complex in July 2021, and until recently, my experience had been very positive. The property was previously managed by CONAM Management, and the difference in quality is very noticeable since the transition to the new management company, The Atlas Group. Under CONAM, the complex was well run and organized. They had a reliable 24/7 on-site maintenance technician who was professional, respectful, and efficient, something I especially appreciated as a female resident. Maintenance issues were handled promptly, proper notice was always given before entering units, and communication was consistent through 24-hour notices, phone calls, and text alerts during emergencies. This level of professionalism made living here feel safe and well managed. Since The Atlas Group took over, the overall quality of management has declined. There is no longer 24-hour maintenance, and repairs are delayed and often incomplete. For example, I reported a leak and a technician was sent nearly two weeks later, yet the issue was not fixed and is still leaking. Additionally, there was no prior notice, no 24-hour entry notice or even a courtesy call before entering my apartment. I appreciated that the previous maintenance technician, Luis, always provided advance notice. This is especially concerning because I have pets that could easily escape if I am not given time to secure them. Communication has also become a major issue. The office frequently does not answer the phone, and when I attempt to visit in person, the office is sometimes closed during business hours. The new staff appear disorganized and unfamiliar with proper procedures. Rent prices have increased significantly over the years, from $985 when I moved in to $1,300 now, without any noticeable updates or improvements to the units. Property-wise, CONAM provided new mailboxes and a security gate that was once functional; now it no longer works. New residents are currently moving in at $1,395, which makes the pricing even more difficult to justify given the decline in management quality. Several neighbors have already moved out since the property was sold at the end of November. While I originally planned to stay here for at least two more years due to a career transition, I will now be looking to move once my lease ends. I had a great experience while CONAM managed this property and am considering another CONAM-managed community nearby that offers better pricing and appears to be better maintained. Overall, this complex was once a great place to live, but the recent management change has been disappointing. I hope future residents have a better experience, but I would advise prospective tenants to proceed with caution.
P A a month agoRoach infested apartments. Look nice and luxurious but they don't tell you about the roaches before you move in. They pretend like it's only select apartments but the entire complex is infested. Literally has to throw away my $400 espresso machine because they got into it and and didn't wanna bring them with to my new apartment. (Were still alive 3 months after storing it in empty airtight box!) Floors are hallow and sound travels and is an issue for both upstairs/ downstairs. Literally had a full blown neighbor "war" start because of this issue. This issue is common among most neighbors in the complex. Not kid friendly complex. No playground for kids. Expensive laundry facility. Ghetto neighbors/neighborhood area. Also they have old pipes and the water was shut off for 24hrs- 1 week randonly several times throughout our 1.yr stay. A total of 10-15 times during that period for burst pipes. They are slowly but surely fixing this issue but it is so frustrating and was still ongoing when we left. New Atlas management is better than the previous CONAM. Other than that, it's okay but not worth you tv, appliance etc getting roach infested and carried into your next place. Would not have moved here if told that beforehand.
Gabriel Cerna 4 months agoI have lived at San Tropez Apartments for 2 years and cannot say enough good things about NEW manager Aurelia. Whenever I have any wrong with my apartment it’s finally getting done , She is incredibly professional and very family oriented and often resolving issues efficiently, and provided clear, consistent communication, Feel great knowing that our complex is in good hands and genuinely care about the residents. Highly recommended
james pots a year ago11 summers!!! This gate that we're looking at has been...let's just say that the average joes, homeless Henrys, thieving Timmys, lost Lucies, and crazy karens could just push thru any time of the day and night and do whatever they pleased. Because there was nevvvver any gate up here to stop everyone that doesn't live here from coming in. Finally!!!! I now, can say that we have a gate that we can open with a security card, walk thru and close it. It's stopping a lot of free traffic from just coming thru. I ALWAYS SAID THAT "HELL WOULD FREEZE OVER" before a gate would get put up😂😂😂😂. I can take that back now. Wow!! 11 years and several managers later.....it happened 👏👏👏👏 with some stable management, Elissa and Paula, most of us are very appreciative for y'all sticking around and making things happen. Y'all came in and tightened the S.T. up!!! A couple of bittersweet changes but hey, change is part of life. Keep pushing for the better of things around here....blessings to both of yall. Cindy is watching you two......I know that she is smiling while saying KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK LADIES!!! I give y'all 5 of them. If they had 10 stars then that's what I'd give y'all. Y'all made some wishes come true....#wegotagate
