Love being here in my own hidden slice of happiness. I live in the more secluded area that isn’t really visible from the street. Property management switched over a while ago and while it’s brought some changes, it hasn’t been unbearable. The office manager is still here and thank goodness for that! Jackie has always been so honest and understanding with any policy changes and always is willing to help out if there is ever any issue. I’ve been here since 2018 and she’s been here the whole time too. I’ve never had a bad experience with her or management here. Linda in the office has always been super upfront and willing to make accommodations if ever needed and is so sweet. Randy, Jesse and Lupe have both been the most polite and efficient maintenance guys around. Always willing to make sure I’m happy with their work and very kind to me and my kiddos. I work nights and if they ever have work to do, they are respectful of noise and are always quick to fix all my issues. I’ve been fortunate enough to have decent neighbors and haven’t had many issues. The parking here can be a bit of a pain if you don’t have a parking pass but other than that it’s been pleasant living here.

I want to specifically recognize Randy from maintenance for his excellent service. He has been very responsive, respectful, and proactive in keeping me updated throughout the process of replacing my AC unit. His communication has been consistent, and he has shown real professionalism in handling a difficult situation. It was a pain to live in the apartment with AC not working during 110 degrees weather, and Randy tried his best to make sure the process is smooth.

I been living here for 9 years and I have not have a problem with anything i appreciate the managers Kelly you are a sweet heart you notice me and was honest with me this morning . Thank you Linda first you were very serious but you’re doing your job . My Jackie my respect because you deal with every bs and you still have a heart and also do your job right no matter what you gotta do . Maintenance always on time when I need work done not happy with gardeners because they broke my beautiful glass plans but they are forgiving and Melissa the main boos you are a blessing thank you so much for taking time to answering me when you have so many things to work on . And for all my neighbor's I will make you guys proud one day if you believe in God . You will believe in me . Thanks and have a peaceful beautiful day it’s this beautiful safe community……. This is were you can say it’s a safe community . Unconditional.

If I could give fewer than 1 star, I would. Living here has been one headache after another, and it’s clear the management team is either overwhelmed or simply doesn’t care. Water gets shut off frequently without any notice. It’s happened multiple times with no warning or explanation—completely unacceptable for paying tenants. My car was vandalized during on-site construction, and all I got was a casual “sorry.” More recently, someone even tried to steal the license plate off my vehicle—while it was parked inside the complex. Zero communication or support from management in either case. The office has at least three staff members, yet they still can’t seem to communicate with each other or residents. Maintenance requests go ignored, and concerns about the exterior of the apartment have been raised repeatedly with no action taken. Meanwhile, they raise rent every year like they’re providing luxury service. If the property owner knew the staff’s incompetence was driving tenants away and costing them over $10K in lost renewals this year alone, maybe they’d step in—but so far, it’s been silence. Bottom line: this place is mismanaged, unsecure, and tenant concerns are treated as an afterthought. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Less than 1 star. Do NOT live here. It use to be good but it’s gotten far worse. They constantly do inspections maybe 3-4 times of the year and they will go through everything in your home. They will take pics of everything in your home. Replace the air filters and that’s it. Just an excuse to be yaking pictures of everything top to bottom in the rooms and patio. Literally even RANDY will open your patio closet and take a picture of that. That’s more like an invasion of privacy. Matter fact, you don’t get privacy over here at these apartments. Listen to all the bad reviews on here. It’s true. And they RAISE UP your RENT every year and they don’t do anything for your unit. Randy is so rude heard him taking bad another other tenants or if you have maintenance work at your unit he will accuse you when something goes wrong. They will find any fault with your unit. A lot of people is moving out and they will bring just anyone in at this point. Also they have rules here that you can’t do but caught seeing the staffs here do it. And many times peoples cars have been broken in to and they won’t do anything about it. Rude people, worst place. Do not and will not recommend anyone living here.
